て、その下枠上を車椅子等が容易に出入できるようにし
たフラット下枠となっている。このフラット下枠1は、
中空状に構成され、その上面2には仕切板3,3と、室
外側障子4のレール6および室内側障子5のレール7が
形成されている。そしてこの2本のレール6,7との間
には、上面2より僅かに低い樋状部8が形成されてお
り、この樋状部8の中央に位置する召合せ框9,10の
下部には風止め板11が取付けられていて、室外からの
風や雨水の浸入移行を防ぐようになっている。そしてこ
の風止め板11の下部と室外側障子4の建込み側のレー
ル6の基部とには夫々水抜き孔12,13が設けられて

に庇状部によって隠される程度の水抜き孔25を、樋状
部の内幅一杯に形成して、風と共に浸入する雨水を下方
に落下させて室外に排出して風止め板24の周辺からの
雨水の移行を防止するようにしたものである。
