Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure not to produce a crack, etc., on a finish coat and capable of securing outer appearance quality. SOLUTION: External wall board joint treatment structure is to adhere an external wall board joint treating material 21 on an end edge part 12a against which an adjoining external wall board 12 faces, to set the external wall board joint treating material 21 to follow even when a relative position between both end edge parts 12a changes and to apply flat spray coating 29, etc., as 'finish coating' on an upper side of the external wall board joint treating material 21. Thereafter, step difference parts 12b respectively recessed inside are formed on both of the end edge parts 12a, a groove part 12c is formed of both of the step difference parts 12b, the external wall board joint treating material 21 is stuck on both of bottom surface parts 12d of both of the step difference parts 12b forming a bottom of the groove part 12c, a putty material 27 as an 'elastic material' is applied in the groove part 12c to cover over the external wall board joint treating material 21, and additionally, the flat spray coating 29, etc., is applied on it.

Steps 12b are respectively formed on the
In such a way that the groove 12c is formed by 2b,
If the outer wall board seam treatment material 1 is applied, there are the following problems. That is, these step portions 12
The width L2 of the bottom surface portion 12d of b is narrow (for example, about 8 mm).
In this case, the width L1 of the outer wall board seam treatment material 1 must be smaller than that. Then, both edge portions 12a, 12
To ensure the followability when the relative position of a changes,
It is necessary to increase the thickness of the outer wall board seam treatment material 1. When the top coat 7 is applied on the outer wall board seam treatment material 1, the top coat 7 of the corner portion 1a of the treatment material 1 becomes thin. However, there is a problem that a crack or the like is generated, or the corner portion 1a is protruded to deteriorate the appearance quality. Reference numeral 13 in FIG. 5 is a wooden crosspiece.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the invention described in claim 1 is such that the opposite edge portions of adjacent outer wall boards are opposite to each other. The outer wall board seam treatment material is adhered so as to straddle the space, and the outer wall board seam treatment material is set so as to be able to follow even if the relative position between the both edge portions changes, and the upper side of the outer wall board seam treatment material In the outer wall board seam treatment structure with a top coat applied to, the both edge portions are respectively formed with stepped portions that are recessed inward, and the stepped portions form groove portions.
The outer wall board seam treatment material is attached to the bottom surface of the groove portion, an elastic material is applied so as to cover the outer wall board seam treatment material in the groove portion, and further, the outer wall board seam with the top coat applied thereon. It is characterized by a processing structure.

According to this structure, the outer wall board seam treated material is made thicker in proportion to the width of the outer wall board seam treated material, so that even if the followability when the relative positions of the both end edges are changed is ensured, the elasticity is improved. Since the material covers the outer wall board seam treatment material so as to fill the groove formed by both step portions,
There will be no occurrence of cracks or the like in the coating of the corner portion of the outer wall board seam-treated material, and no protrusion of the corner portion to deteriorate the appearance quality.
