態迄注ぎ込み、フロ−ト部材4を貯水槽2の上部開口部
7の内側に当接状態で略同じ高さに保持し、貯溜水11
を満水状態で貯溜できた。次に、貯溜水11を吸水して
減水させた場合、該フロ−ト部材4は降下した液面位置
10に追随して下降し、遮水シ−ト3は貯水槽2の底部
などで弛み状態がみられるが、減水状態でも同様に貯溜
水11をフロ−ト部材4の液面位置10の水位で貯溜で
きることを確認した。なお、本発明の一実施例を示した
が、本発明は上記した実施例に限定されるものではな
く、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等は本発
明に含まれる。
