Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shift of a grain thermometer cable and a temperature detection part toward the wall of a silo by charged grains and to enable the detection of a grain temperature at the center of the silo. SOLUTION: A cable suspension fitting 6 is extended from an arbitrary position at an upper part of the inner wall surface of a silo toward the center of the silo, a grain thermometer cable 7 having plural temperature detection parts 8 is suspended by the cable suspension fitting 6 from the upper part at the center of the silo and the distance A between the discharging port 5 and the lower end of the grain thermometer cable 7 is adjusted preferably to <=1,000mm.

The one in which the lower end of the grain temperature cable is provided in the vicinity of the boundary between the barrel portion and the hopper portion (see FIG. 3) is a grain which is fed from the feeding port 9 provided in the upper part of the silo. Due to the grain temperature cable 10 being pushed toward the silo wall surface (see FIG. 4), the temperature detection portion often comes into close contact with the silo inner wall surface 11, which makes it difficult to accurately detect the grain temperature inside the silo. Equipped with a grain temperature detecting device in the cavity formed on the back surface of the inlet cover attached to the inside of the silo discharge hopper provided in (1).
16127) can detect the grain temperature at the central portion of the silo, but cannot detect the grain temperatures at a plurality of positions at the central portion of the silo at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction.

Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention does not cause the temperature detecting portion to adhere to the inner wall surface of the silo because the grain temperature cable is pushed toward the wall surface of the silo by the introduced grain, and the grain temperature is appropriately adjusted in the vertical direction. It is a technical object to provide a grain temperature detecting device in a silo such as grain capable of detecting grain temperatures at a plurality of positions in the center of the silo at intervals.

[Operation and effect] Grain temperature is thrown into the salo 1 through the feeding port 4, and the lower end of the grain temperature cable 7 is pushed toward the silo wall surface by the put grain, but comes into contact with the wall surface of the hopper portion 3. By doing so, the lower end of the grain temperature cable 7 is fixed, so that the grain temperature cable 7 maintains the vicinity of the center of the silo 1 even if grains are sequentially added. And
Since the grain temperature cable 7 maintains the vicinity of the center of the silo 1 even when the grains are sequentially charged, the temperature detection unit 8 is not affected by the outside air through the silo wall, so that the grain temperature can be detected. It will be accurate and quality control will be easier.

When a grain is put into the silo 1 through the feeding port 4 provided at the upper part of the silo 1, the grain temperature cable 7 is started for a while after the grain is put into the silo 1 by the fed grain. Is pushed toward the silo wall,
By contacting the lower end of the grain temperature cable 7 with the wall surface of the hopper unit 3, the lower end of the grain temperature cable 7 is fixed to the wall surface of the hopper unit 3, so that the grain temperature can be increased even if grains are sequentially added. The temperature detecting portion 8 provided in the middle portion of the cable 7 is not pushed toward the wall surface of the barrel portion 2 and the silo 1
It is possible to maintain the vicinity of the center of the silo, and it is possible to accurately measure the grain temperatures at a plurality of different height positions of the central portion of the silo 1.
