Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support fixture by which plural antennas are supported at a prescribed relation of position, one personnel is enough to conduct mounting, the mount work at a high place is conducted safely through the provision of solid tentative fastening and the tentative fixing is attained with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The support fixture is composed of plural arms B1 for antenna mount and a coupler B2 to couple a support lever mount B12 for the arms B1 to a support lever. The coupler B2 is composed of a body B21 having a connection part to the support lever and plural reception members B22 each extending from the body B21 to a side and having a reception face 16 on which the support level mount is mounted. A fitting hole 30 is provided to an end face at a support lever mount B12 of each arm and a fitting piece 13 is provided to the body B21 to be fitted to the fitting hole 30 while the support lever mount B12 is placed on a reception face 16. A mount plane is placed on the reception face 16 and the support lever mount B12 is shifted along the reception face 16, then a hole ridge of the link hole 28 enters the recessed part to allow the support lever mount B12 to be fastened tentatively to the reception member B22.

However, in this conventional antenna support, in the case of the above-mentioned mounting work, the two arms are held by their respective hands, and the attachment pieces of the respective arms are arranged along both sides of the column. Then, while maintaining this state, the bolt must be inserted and the nut tightened. It was difficult to perform these tasks by one person, and there was a problem that multiple workers were required. Further, there is a problem in that the worker is forced to have an unstable posture to hold the arm, which is extremely dangerous especially in the case of mounting work at a high place.

Next, each of the arms B1 is attached to the coupling tool B2. The mounting is as follows. Hold one arm B1 in the hand and lower it from the state shown in FIG. 3 to place the mounting surface 24 on the receiving surface 16 of one receiving member B22.
Next, the arm B1 is shifted along the guide surface 16 toward the main body B21 by using the receiving surface 16 as a guide, and as shown in FIG.
Is fitted into the fitting hole 30. This fitting is press fitting, and the fitting is performed until the end surface 28 comes into contact with the receiving surface 12. When mated as above, the bottom wall B12b
The through hole 27 of the above reaches a positional relationship where it is just overlapped with the screw hole 17.

By fitting the fitting piece 13 into the fitting hole 30 as described above, the arm B1 is temporarily fixed to the receiving member B22. That is, the connecting tool does not need to support the arm B1 from the outside.
A state in which the connection state of the arm B1 with B2 can be temporarily maintained is achieved. The operation will be described. In the state where the arm B1 is placed on the receiving surface 16 as described above, the arm B1 is heavy at the tip side where the antenna C is attached.
When the hand is released from B1, the tip side of the arm B1 tries to lower, and the support rod mounting portion B12 tries to float. However, since the fitting piece 13 is fitted in the fitting hole 30, the lifting of the support rod mounting portion B12 is prevented by the fitting piece 13. That is, the arm B1 is temporarily fixed. Further, in the temporarily fixed state, the fitting piece 13 is press-fitted into the resilient fitting hole 30, so that the fitting piece 13 is difficult to come out of the fitting hole 30. Therefore, a small external force is applied to the arm B1 by the wind.
Even if you join the
B1 can be prevented from falling off.

Further, since the fitting piece 13 is fitted in the fitting hole 30 in a press-fitted state, the thickness of the plug member 26 is pushed toward the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 26a. This pushing force enhances the force with which the outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 26a adheres to the inner peripheral surface B12c of the arm B1 and the waterproof effect of the plug member 26 is improved.

When the temporary fixing state has been achieved, the support rod mounting portion B12 is finally fixed to the receiving member B22. For example, the support rod mounting portion B for the receiving member B22 is fixed by the bolt 29.
Twelve fixings. In this case, since the position is determined as described above, the shaft portion 29b of the bolt 29 can be smoothly screwed into the screw hole 17b.
Can enter. Since the arm B1 is temporarily fixed as described above, it is not necessary to support the arm B1 by hand. Therefore, the operator can support his / her body by grasping the pillar A with one hand and operate the bolt 29 with the other hand, and the work can be performed safely. Through hole 27
A waterproof means such as packing is interposed between the bolt and the bolt 29 to prevent water from entering the inside of the pipe arm B1.

Next, a different example of the embodiment will be described. The number of bolts 29 for fixing each arm B1 may be one. In that case, with the support rod mounting portion B12 fixed to the receiving member B22 by the bolt 29, the fitting piece 13 that fits into the fitting hole 30.
Functions as one of the fixing members of the arm B1 with respect to the receiving member B22, and blocks the rotation of the arm B1 around the bolt 29.

Next, FIG. 6 shows a different embodiment of the fitting piece 13e and the fitting hole 30e. In order to improve the retaining force of the fitting piece 13e and the fitting hole 30e in the fitted state, the fitting piece 13e and the fitting hole 13e are provided on the front side of the fitting piece 13e. This is an example in which an engaging piece 43 protruding toward one side is provided. With this configuration, when the fitting piece 13e is fitted in the fitting hole 30e,
The engaging piece 43 engages with the engaging stepped portion 44 at the inner part of the fitting hole 30e, and the fitting piece 13e becomes difficult to come off from the fitting hole 30e. Reference numeral 45 designates a slit for facilitating the deformation of the fitting hole 30e so that the engaging piece 43 can be inserted easily. In addition, for the parts which are functionally the same as or equivalent to those in the previous figure and are considered to be redundant, the same reference numerals as those in the previous figure are appended with the letter e, and the redundant description is omitted.

As described above, according to the present invention, when a plurality of antennas C are installed, a plurality of supporting rod mounting portions B12 of a plurality of arms B1 for supporting an antenna are provided in a coupling tool B2. The arms B1 are arranged in a fixed positional relationship by mounting them on the receiving members B22, and the antennas C mounted on the arms B1 can be arranged in a predetermined positional relationship. Moreover, the above-mentioned multiple arms
In the case of mounting B1, each arm B1 has a feature that it can be mounted one by one because the support rod mounting portions B12 of the respective bases can be individually mounted to the receiving members B22 of the coupling tool B2. This has an effect that it is possible to perform the mounting work by one worker. Moreover, the above arm B1
In the case of mounting, the mounting surface 24 of the supporting rod mounting portion B12 of the arm B1 is placed on the receiving surface 16, the supporting rod mounting portion B12 is displaced along the receiving surface 16, and the fitting piece 13 is fitted into the fitting hole 30. If combined, the arm B1 can be temporarily fixed to the receiving member B22. This means that when the support rod mounting portion B12 of the arm B1 is permanently fixed to the receiving member B22, it is not necessary to separately support the arm B1. There is an effect that can be done safely. Further, when the fitting piece 13 is fitted into the fitting hole 30 to bring it into the temporarily fixed state as described above, the receiving surface 16 is used as a guide surface, and the supporting rod mounting portion B12 is provided along the receiving surface 16. Since the fitting piece 13 can be fitted into the fitting hole 30 if it is displaced, there is an operational effect that the temporary fixing state can be achieved by a very easy operation.
