Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain a high closing ability of an enclosed space of double glazing and prevent a sealing material from sticking out by providing a stick-out preventive unit between a plurality of sheet glasses and spacers. SOLUTION: Two sheet glasses 1 are laid out in parallel by interposing a cross section-C ring-shaped spacer made of aluminum in the form of a ring all over the peripheral edge of the sheet glasses 1. A polyisobutylene first sealing material 4 is interposed between the spacer 3 and both sheet glasses 1 and silicon-made second sealing material 5 is interposed between both sheet glasses 1 outside the first sealing material 4, thereby forming an enclosed space A and fitting the material in a sash material so that it may be fixed. A drying agent S is filled up in the space of the spacer 3, thereby absorbing the moisture in the enclosed space A by way of an opening 9. An elastic member H1, which serves as a stick-out preventive part H so as to enclose the clearance V with the sheet glasses 1, is bonded all over the whole peripheral of the spacer 3 on the enclosed space A side, thereby maintaining a high closing ability and preventing the first sealing material 4 from sticking out attributable to vibrations.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 7, a double glazing unit has an inner space of the spacer 3 (which communicates with the closed space).
The desiccant S filled in keeps the inside of the closed space A in a dry state and closes the space between the spacer 3 and the plate glass 1 by the sealing material 4 to close the closed space A. Generally, it is configured to prevent water vapor from entering the closed space A from the outside. As the seal material 4, a seal material having a low water vapor permeability, such as butyl rubber, is used. Things) are often used. In the conventional multi-layer glass of this type, the sealing material 4 is provided between the spacer 3 and the plate glass 1 so as to be exposed in the closed space A. The sealing material 4 itself is adhesive, has low strength, and is easily plastically deformed.

In the case of double glazing, when the external pressure (wind pressure, etc.) of which the size changes is repeatedly applied, for example, like a window of a vehicle, each plate glass 1 vibrates and the spacers In the portion, the gap size between the spacer 3 and the plate glass 1 tends to change with the vibration. Therefore, positive and negative forces along the thickness direction are repeatedly applied to the seal material installed in the gap. However, according to the above-mentioned conventional double glazing, since the sealing material 4 is provided so as to be exposed in the closed space A, the sealing material 4 is gradually moved to the closed space A side due to the vibration of the plate glass 1. There is a risk of squeezing out, and as a result, there is a problem in that the sealing effect between the spacer 3 and the plate glass 1 is likely to deteriorate (for example, water vapor easily permeates, causing dew condensation inside the sealed space). .

[Operation and Effect] According to the characterizing feature of the present invention according to claim 1, the sealing material interposed between the plurality of plate glasses and the spacer is the closed space side between the plurality of plate glasses. Since a protrusion preventing portion capable of preventing protrusion is provided between the plurality of plate glasses and the spacer, the protrusion preventing portion can prevent the sealing material from protruding into the closed space. It is possible to maintain the state in which the sealing material is positioned at a fixed position between the spacer and the plate glass even when repeated and fluctuating external force acts on the double glazing such as a vehicle window. It becomes possible. And as a result,
It is possible to prevent the sealing effect from being reduced by the sealing material, and it is possible to maintain the dry state of the sealed space for a long time. Further, since the protruding portion can prevent the sealing material from being exposed on the surface, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the sealing material due to light, heat, etc., and improve the durability of the double glazing. In addition, the appearance can be improved. Furthermore, in addition to vehicle windows, it is possible to achieve the above-mentioned operational effects in places where external force is likely to act on the double-glazed glass in various ways. The selectivity of is expanded.

According to the characterizing feature of the present invention according to claim 2, the protrusion preventing portion is a flexible film member,
Since the plate glass and the spacer are adhered to each other, the film member can be flexibly deformed in a well-adapted state with respect to the variation in the gap dimension between the spacer and the plate glass due to the vibration of the plate glass, which is reasonably possible. It is possible to prevent the sealing material from protruding into the closed space while maintaining the state.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the protrusion blocking portion is formed by interposing an elastic member between the plate glass and the spacer.
Since the elastic member is elastically deformed along the thickness direction of the plate glass with respect to the variation in the gap size between the spacer and the plate glass due to the vibration of the plate glass, it is possible to prevent the sealing material from protruding into the closed space. Become. Further, the elastic member may be adhered to either or both of the plate glass and the spacer, or may be interposed between the plate glass and the spacer without being adhered to both of them. Even if it is not adhered, when the plate glass and the spacer are relatively close to each other and the seal member tries to protrude to the closed space side, the frictional force between the plate glass / spacer and the elastic member also increases. It is possible to prevent the sealing material from protruding with a stronger force. Therefore, as a result, in any case, the elastic member effectively acts to prevent the sealing material from protruding.

An elastic member (which is located on the side of the closed space A of the first seal member 4 and is in contact with the inner surface of the plate glass 1 and closes a gap V between the spacer 3 and the plate glass 1 to the spacer 3 ( An example of the protrusion blocking portion H) H1 is bonded. The elastic member H1 is made of, for example, rubber or synthetic resin elastomer, and is provided so as to close the gap V over the entire circumference of the double-glazing unit. The elastic member H1 is formed by integrally providing a main body portion h1 that covers the spacer 3 and a fitting portion h2 that fits into the gap between the plate glass 1 and the spacer 3, and both side surface portions of the fitting portion h2 are formed. , And is separately attached to the plate glass 1 and the spacer 3 and installed. A communication hole for communicating the inner space of the spacer 3 and the closed space A is formed in the main body portion h1.
According to the double glazing of this embodiment, it is possible to prevent the spacer and the sealing material from being directly exposed at the portion facing the closed space, and it is possible to improve the aesthetic appearance, and at the same time, the sealing material prevents light and light. It is possible to suppress deterioration due to heat or the like. Further, the elastic member H1 can prevent the first sealing material 4 located in the gap V from protruding to the closed space A side. For example, like the double glazing of a vehicle window, the wind pressure Even if the plate glass 1 vibrates due to the action of a fluctuating external force such as the above, and the size of the gap V changes in size, it is possible to prevent the first sealing material 4 from protruding to the closed space A, and It is possible to maintain the high sealing performance of the space.

Second Embodiment As a second embodiment, the general structure of the double glazing is the same as that of the first embodiment described above, but as shown in FIG. As the blocking portion H, a film member H is used instead of the elastic member H1.
The difference is that 2 is used. The film member H2 is
It is formed by using a metal film material, and as shown in the figure, is bent and formed in a cross-sectional shape "L".
Then, one side of the “L” shape is adhered to the spacer 3, and the other side of the “L” shape is formed to have a size larger than the gap V interval size, and the tip is on the first sealing material 4 side. It is bent in a curved shape so as to be positioned, and the gap V
In contrast to the change in the space dimension, the distal end of the film member H2 is flexibly deformed while sliding along the inner surface of the plate glass 1,
It is configured so that the gap V can be kept closed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the first sealing material 4 from protruding to the closed space A side due to the vibration of the plate glass 1.
