Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely apply various cables having different diameters to the entrance and exit of a receiving case body without a sealing tape by forming an end surface sealing material of a pair of compression plates and a gel member and forming an insertion hole and a slit for a support wire and a cable in the compression plates and the gel member. SOLUTION: An end surface sealing member 6 comprises a pair of compression plates 61 and a gel member 62 composed of a flexible resin interposed between the compression plates 61 . The compression plates 61 and the gel member 62 are provided with a plurality of through holes 15 of a support lever to facilitate assembling, and they can be compressed by the compression plates 6 well-balancedly from both surfaces of the gel member 62 . Therefore, a sealing property is improved by swelling the gel member 62 in the circumference of a support wire and a cable inserted through respective insertion holes 13, 14 and also slits 131 , 141 are completely sealed and at the same time the gel member 62 is swollen on the peripheral side of an end surface plate to press it against the side wall part 5 of a case as well, thereby being able to excellently maintain the water-tightness of the end surface sealing member 6.

In the end face portion used for the entrance / exit hole of the cable of the supporting wire or the overhead wire or the base wire, the fitting insertion hole (the maximum diameter of the applicable cable) has been prepared in advance.
When attaching a small-diameter cable to a cable, a spacer or a rubber tape with a certain thickness is wound around the gap between the end face fitting hole and the cable, and sealing tape is also used to ensure airtightness and watertightness. There are other types, and there is also a type that uses an end face portion having a tapered tube and cuts a predetermined position of the tapered portion at the site according to the cable diameter. In this type as well, a method of fixing a joint portion with a cable with a sealing tape or a PVC tape is used in consideration of sealing property.

However, according to the conventional method for sealing the inlet / outlet holes of various cables to ensure watertightness, a spacer is required for the cables in terms of parts,
The work is complicated by winding rubber tape and sealing tape, and it is particularly difficult to remove and replace the sealing tape during cable expansion and maintenance, and it is also necessary to replace the tapered end face part, spacer, rubber tape, etc. However, this is a problem because work time and repair costs are lost. The present invention is intended to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, various cables with different diameters can be safely applied to the entry and exit of the housing without a sealing tape, and the assembly and disassembly work time can be greatly shortened. It is an object of the present invention to provide an end face sealing member in a cable connection case that can be handled at low cost without additional parts and replacement of parts even at the time of maintenance, in a simple configuration and at a low cost.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The case is removed from the bottom plate, the cable is connected to the cable holding metal fittings on the bottom plate, the cable jacket is ground in the circumferential direction, the spacers are fitted, and then the tension member holding metal fittings are attached. And evenly tighten the mounting bolts. Then, the cable is inserted into the cable fitting hole of the end face seal member, the end face seal member is placed on the cable, and the case is attached to the end face seal member while expanding both end faces of the case around the hinge portion. Fit the groove on the side wall to connect it, and further fit both edges of the case to the bottom plate, tighten the pair of compression plates and swell the gel member between the compression plates inward and outward, and close the end face seal member. Once fixed, the gel member that bulges around the cable and on the outer circumference of the end face sealing member enhances the sealing performance and stabilizes the mounting posture, and locks the locking mechanism provided in the case to lock the sealing performance significantly. It can be safely used.

When the cable is inserted into the cable insertion hole, if the diameter of the cable is large, the gel member around the cable insertion hole is deformed to correspond along the outer circumference of the cable, and after the cable is inserted and assembled. Watertightness can be secured. In particular, the gel member swells outside or inside the end plate and entangles with the cable outer circumference, so it is easy to ensure water tightness of the cable without a sealing tape, and it is easy to accommodate cables of different diameters, and no sealing tape is required. Therefore, the assembly and dismantling work time can be greatly shortened, and replacement of parts and the like is not required even at the time of expansion or maintenance, and the cost can be drastically reduced.

According to the present invention, in a cable connecting case in which an end face sealing member is fitted and held in a cylindrical case, the end face sealing member is a pair of compression plates and a flexible elastic resin interposed between the compression plates. The compression plate and the gel member are formed with support wires and cable insertion holes and slits communicating with the insertion holes, so that various cables can be accommodated by the bulging contact of the gel member. It can be safely applied to the entrance and exit of the body without sealing tape to ensure watertightness, the assembly and dismantling work time can be greatly shortened, and at the same time, it is possible to respond at low cost without additional parts such as cables and maintenance and replacement of parts. At the same time, the attitude of the end face seal member in the case is stable and good to handle, which helps in the ease of assembly work.
Moreover, it is possible to prevent deformation of the container of the cable connecting portion, improve safety and airtightness, and significantly improve reliability.
