In each of the chutes 101, the opening at the upper end is located below the window hole 22, the dimension in the conveying direction and the direction at right angles thereto is larger than the diameter of the corresponding coin, and the opening at the lower end is above the tube of the coin dispensing device. And the dimension in the carrying direction is larger than the diameter of the corresponding coin, and the dimension in the direction perpendicular thereto is smaller than the diameter of the corresponding coin. The chute 101 is provided with a coin counting sensor 32.

By setting the shape of the upper and lower ends of the chute 101, especially the lower end, the coins fall in the coin tube 102 with the surface being almost vertical, and when they are stacked horizontally in the tube, they fall from vertical to horizontal. The movement becomes loose. As a result, the coins are reliably stacked horizontally in the tube. If coins fall into the tube in an oblique or nearly horizontal posture, the rebounding force is great and the coins already stacked may lean against the tube and stand still. Then, it is confirmed that the coins that will fall later will be piled up randomly without being stacked.
When coins fall with their faces vertical as described above, the coins that are stacked on top of themselves are flipped back, but since the tube is only slightly larger than the diameter of the coins, the bottom end of vertically dropped coins is stacked. You will hit the center of the coins, and eventually they will be stacked well. The tube 102 is provided with a sensor (not shown) for detecting that the coins in the tube are full, and a bypass mechanism (not shown) for bypassing a coin into the collection box (not shown) without inserting coins into the filled tube Set up.

In the above conventional technique, a large number of coins M are shot 101d.
There is a problem of being clogged as shown in the drawing. This clogging inevitably occurs as a side effect of making the dimension of the opening at the lower end of the chute 101 in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction smaller than the coin diameter in order to vertically drop the coin in the coin tube 102 as described above. It is a thing. Then, the distribution processing speed is increased to about 5 to 10 coins / second or more, and it occurs remarkably when the coins of the same denomination are concentrated in one hopper.

Observing this clogging with a high-speed video, the coin M falling from the window hole 22 is dropped while being repulsed many times on the front and rear wall surfaces of the chute due to the inertia of the transport speed, and the coin is located at the corner of the window hole 11 on the coin rail side. It is pushed by the belt 15 with the fulcrum as a fulcrum and rotated clockwise in FIG. 8 so that the lower end of the coin hits the wall 101W on the side of the coin rail and falls repeatedly with a strong repulsion between the wall on the opposite side and the opposite side. The state and the scene are observed. Especially, in order to increase the processing speed, the belt 15 is pushed by the pressing roller 51 which is biased by the spring, so the movement of the latter is extremely violent, but the dropping speed is slow, and the coins that continuously fall are interfered and jammed. To occur.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a substrate whose upper surface is a coin transportation path surface, a coin rail which is provided on the substrate and has a side surface orthogonal to the transportation path surface, and a coin to be distributed on one surface side thereof. A transport belt that transports the coin while pressing the other surface of the coin to the transport path surface while pressing the side surface of the coin to the side surface of the coin rail, and a coin transported by the transport belt. The size from the side of the coin rail to be distributed by passing through according to the denomination according to the outer diameter of the coin of the denomination to be distributed is opened in the board along the coin rail in the ascending order and distributed. A coin having a proper outer diameter is pressed by the conveyor belt, and is rotated by using the corner of the opening on the coin rail side as a first fulcrum. A coin sorter and a coin-type taper provided on the lower side of each window hole, in which the wall surface on the coin rail side is inclined and tapered so that coins passing through the corresponding window holes fall in a vertical posture. A coin allocating / dispensing device comprising a chute and a coin dispensing device having a coin tube of a denomination for accommodating coins falling vertically from the chutes, wherein in Invention 1, the coin rail side of the window hole is provided. A position in which the tip is closer to the conveyor belt than the first fulcrum so that the coin that is rotated with the corner as the first fulcrum abuts at the slightly rotated position and is rotated as the second fulcrum. Is provided with a protrusion for attitude control protruding from the upper end of the wall surface of the chute on the coin rail side. In Invention 2, a fulcrum is provided near the upper end of the inclined wall surface of the chute on the coin rail side. Have Other side extends along the wall surface while being urged by a spring on one side,
It is characterized in that it is provided with a buffer plate that is swung when a coin that drops through the window hole comes into contact with the other side.

In the invention 1, the coin that is supposed to be pushed and rotated by the belt with the corner of the window hole on the coin rail side as a fulcrum is provided with a protrusion that positions the tip between the corner of the window hole on the coin rail side and the side surface of the belt. As the fulcrum is pushed and rotated by the belt, the moment between the belt and the fulcrum is reduced, the moment is reduced, the rotational speed is decreased, and the speed of contacting the wall surface on the coin rail side is decreased. Therefore, it is less likely to be repeatedly repulsed between the wall on the opposite side, the posture is controlled so that the surface of the coin becomes vertical, the falling speed becomes faster and it is less likely to interfere with subsequent coins There is no coin jam.

In the invention 2, coin buffers are buffered by the buffer plate on the wall surface of the chute on the side of the coin rail, fall vertically toward the lower end of the chute, and do not interfere with subsequent coins. No clogging.

The protrusion 105 may be long in the conveying direction, or may be an upper part of a portion slightly lower than the upper end of the wall surface shown in the figure. However, if the tip 105a projects too much from the side surface of the belt toward the anti-coin rail 23, the coin becomes It is not good because it is sandwiched between the belt 15. On the contrary, when the tip 105a comes close to the corner of the window hole 2 on the coin rail 23 side, the clogging preventing action is reduced. Tube

According to the structure, as described in the section of the action, the rotational moment due to the corner and the belt causes the tip 105a and the belt to rotate.
The rotational moment due to 15 and 15 is reduced, and coins are prevented from repeatedly repulsing between the opposite surfaces of the chute.
As shown in the figure, the coin drops in the chute quickly and the coins inside the chute disappear.

In FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 showing the second embodiment, instead of the protrusion 105 in the same structure as the first embodiment,
A buffer plate 204 including a metal plate 201 supported by an axis 203 and a spring 202 is provided. This buffer plate 204 is a belt 15 and a window hole.
The rotation of the coin caused by the corners of 22 is buffered, and the coin falls in the coin tube 102 with its posture controlled so that the surface becomes vertical in the chute as in the operation of FIG. No clogging. The cushioning plate is not limited to the plate and the spring, but may be dust, etc.
The chute itself may be formed by dust.

According to this invention, the coin which is rotated with the corner of the window for coin distribution on the side of the coin rail as the first fulcrum abuts at the slightly rotated position and is rotated as the second fulcrum. As described above, by providing the attitude control protrusion protruding from the upper end of the coin rail side wall surface of the chute at a position closer to the conveyor belt than the first fulcrum, the rotation speed of the coin is reduced, and the chute is also reduced. A coin that has a fulcrum near the upper end of the inclined wall surface on the rail side, is urged by a spring on one side, and the other side extends along the wall surface, and falls through a window hole. Is equipped with a buffer plate that is swung when it comes into contact with the other side to buffer the coins when they collide and reduce the rotational speed of the coins, so that the coins repeatedly repel between the side walls of the tapered chute. The falling speed is low due to Was prevented, it is possible to make the coin jam in the chute be raised with the processing speed does not occur.
