Abstract

PURPOSE: To uniformize temperature distribution inside a chamber by utilizing a dead weight of a hot air generator or the like and attaining a structure for performing rotation so as to turn a blow-off port to the lower part of a reflector at all times. CONSTITUTION: The hot air generator 13 is provided with the structure capable of rotating against a rotary shaft 6 on an antenna supporting structure. Relating to the rotation mechanism of the hot air generator 13, the structure capable of performing the rotation of 360 deg. around the rotary shaft 6 by utilizing the dead weight is provided. Also, since the dead weight is utilized, the rotary shaft 6 is positioned at a part eccentric from the center of the hot air generator 13. In this case, for the part of the rotary shaft 6, a bearing and a caster, for instance, are used so as to let the rotation be easily performed. Further, hot air can be blown off downwards at all times by the rotary force of a motor by using the motor for the rotary shaft 6. Thus, the blow-off port of the hot air generator 13 is turned downwards at all times within an EL axis tracking angle range and the temperature distribution inside the chamber is uniformized.

【発明が解決しようとする課題】一般に、雪は地面とレ
フとの成す角度の小さいレフの下側から積もり出すた
め、アンテナ融雪ではレフの下側をより暖めることが必
要である。そのため、従来の間接融雪方式では、図2に
示すように、温風発生器を吹き出し口が下方に向くよう
に設置する構造になっている。図2(a)は、アンテナ
主反射射鏡面10内のアンテナチャンバー11を全面よ
り見たときの融雪用の温風発生器5が取り付けられる構
造と温風の方向を示す図である。本図において、温風発
生器5は、中心より左右対称に2個だけアンテナ支持構
造体12に取り付けられている。尚、アンテナ支持構造
体12は、断熱材にて覆われている。温風発生器5は、
発熱体3の熱を送風器2により送風する構造を有してい
る。温風発生器5から下側へ吹き出された温風は、アン
テナ支持構造体に反射されて、上方へ移動し、さらに上
側の側面壁にぶつかりチャンバー内全体を熱めている。
本図の状態では、完全に温度は下側へ向いているが、ア
ンテナエレベイション(EL)軸の追尾角度が大きく変
わる場合(例えば90°の場合)、温風発生器の吹き出
し口が上向きになり、暖気がチャンバー上部に溜まり出
す現象が生じ、レフの下側を十分に暖めることが出来な
いという問題点があった。この結果、アンテナの下側に
雪を解かす熱が不足する問題を有していた。図2(b)
は、図2(a)の側面図を表わしている。図2(c)
は、EL軸が90°回転した場合の側面図であり温風発
生器5は上方に温風を吹き出している。

有し、前記温風発生器から放出される温風を前記チャン
バー内で循環させ、前記アンテナ表面の融雪をするアン
テナ融雪装置において、所定の回転軸に固定され、前記
回転軸を中心に自重で、温風の吹き出し口を常に前記ア
ンテナの下部を向くよう回転する温風発生器を具備する
ことを特徴とするアンテナ融雪装置。
