BACKGROUND ART Dental care toothbrushes having a fixed bristle holding head aligned with the axis of the handle are known and commercially available. In order to thoroughly clean the teeth, it is necessary to realize the movement of the bristles according to the axis of the tooth, and the toothbrush used today is orthogonal to the axis of the handle, so it is not possible to do this movement. difficult. Various solutions have been proposed to overcome this drawback. For example, the proposed toothbrush is such that the corners of its head are variable and predetermined with respect to the axis of the handle. This type of toothbrush is disclosed in Italian Patent No. 12056 08, issued March 23, 1989. In this toothbrush, the positioning and stabilization of the handle according to the various corners with respect to the bristle holding head is integral with the handle and arranged radially around the joint, in the head back part, or substantially parallel to said head back part. Yes, by a ridge that faces a radial recess that is integral with one of the inner walls of the convex edge that is integral with it, or by a ridge that is integral with the head and that engages a recess in the handle. To be This realization results in variable and stable corners. In particular, 22.5 °, 45 °, 90 °, and 180 ° corners are obtained. The corners of the head relative to the handle are selected by similar manual operation until the optimum direction for cleaning the tooth is found, i.e. the position along the longitudinal axis of the tooth where the maximum force can be exerted. This condition is respected as long as the handle tilt remains constant throughout the cleaning operation. In practice, small variations in the position of the hand are sufficient to change the tilt of the handle and therefore to change the position of the head relative to the initial position considered to be the optimum position. . Therefore, this means that the corners of the head are constantly changing. Moreover, manual adjustment of the head presents a fairly delicate hygiene problem. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a toothbrush having a bristle holding head, the corner portions of which are variable and which can overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks and limitations of the toothbrush which can be determined in advance. is there. According to the present invention, the above and further objects, which will be clarified by the following description, comprise a handle, a bristling head, and means for the head to engage the end of the handle. However, the bristles holding head can freely rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise, and at the same time, it vibrates on the axis of the engaging means, and the axis is perpendicular to the handle. To be achieved. The free rotation of the head allows the same position to be automatically set at the optimum position with respect to the axis of the tooth at any point of the dental arch, regardless of any changes in hand or handle tilt. Therefore, it is very effective and a quick cleaning action can be achieved. The oscillating movement of the head makes it possible to obtain an easy and effective contact between the bristles and the inner part of the dental arch, in particular the parts of the upper and lower premolar and molar parts. Brief Description of the Drawings The features of the toothbrush of the present invention can be clarified from the detailed description given below, and with reference to the accompanying drawings showing some preferred examples, they will be explained by specific examples. It is not limited to the examples. FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of the toothbrush of the present invention when a rotating and vibrating bristle holding head is assembled at the tip of the handle. FIG. 2 is a schematic side view of the tip portion when the handle and the bristles holding head are not assembled. FIG. 3 is a schematic front view of the toothbrush of the present invention, which is aligned with the side surface of the bristles. FIG. 4 is a schematic front view of the upper portion of the handle. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the tip portion (A) of the handle of FIG. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the engaging means (A ′) of the bristles holding head of FIG. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the engagement means (B) that opposes the engagement pin (8) of FIG. FIG. 8 is a schematic view of the engagement pin of the rotating and vibrating head as viewed from the side opposite to the bristles arrangement (C in FIG. 6). FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the upper portion of the handle taken along the plane XX of FIG. 10 to 13 show details of various engaging means of the bristle head which rotate and vibrate on the tip of the handle. 1-9 show a preferred embodiment of a toothbrush with a rotating and vibrating head. It is the subject of this invention. Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments of the Invention Such a toothbrush has a handle, preferably made of a rigid plastic material, provided with a tip (2) and a bristle holding head (4). The head (4) has a back part (5), preferably made of a semi-rigid and slightly elastic plastic material, into which the bristles (3) are inserted. The back surface (5) is provided with a pin (8) provided with a longitudinal strip (9) which is integrated on the surface opposite to the bristles (3) and at a balanced position. The pin (8) provided with the strip (9) has a mushroom shape. The assembly of the head with the handle tip (2) is obtained on the surface (12) of the tip (2) facing the head and the recess (6) realized through the molding stage of that part. By engaging said pin (8). The recess (6) has a round hole (11) for drawing in, the diameter of which is smaller than the maximum diameter of the pin (8). When pushing the pin (8) into the hole (11), the strip (9) bends radially so that the pin can be just inserted into the recess. Once the pins (8) have been inserted into the recesses (6), the strips (9) are restored to their starting position and the pin bases (13) are at the edges (7) of the recesses (6). To prevent the hook of the bristle holding head (4) from coming off. Free rotation clockwise (F1) or counterclockwise (F2) is achieved by providing a small clearance (0.2-0.5 mm) between the surface of the recess (6) and the peripheral surface of the strip (9). It The surface (12) of the handle tip (2) is not uniformly parallel to the corresponding surface of the back surface (5), and the holes (11) are tapered both vertically and horizontally. Such a taper, together with the corner between the base (13) of the pin (8) and the edge (7) of the recess (6), allows the head (4) to vibrate freely on the axis of rotation. 1, 7 and 9, as shown in FIGS. 1, 7 and 9, between the surface (12) and the corresponding surface of the back part (5) and the base part (13) of the pin (8). And a corner portion α between the edge (7). The optimum angle of this corner portion α is 2 ° to 5 °. 10-13 illustrate variations of the system of the bristle holding head assembly to handle tip of the toothbrush of the present invention. The back portion (5) of the bristling head, which is preferably made of a semi-rigid and slightly elastic material as described above, has a ridge with a triangular cross section in the balanced position, as shown in FIG. (17) has a wrist pin (18) provided along the periphery. The handle tip (2), preferably made of a rigid plastic material as described above, has a hole (21) and a recess (19) as shown in FIG. Hollow counter wrist pins (16) are individually provided, and the geometric structure allows the wrist pins (18) to be inserted therein with appropriate clearance. The counter wrist pin (16) is provided with a stop peg (15) having a triangular cross section along its inner surface and peripheral edge, as shown in FIG. The hollow counter wrist pin (16) is preferably made of a rigid plastic material, just like a handle. The assembly of the head (5) on the handle tip (12) inserts the wrist pin (18) into the hole (21) in the direction of arrow F6 and then from the opposite direction, arrow F5. Obtained by inserting the wrist pin (16) into the recess (19). By doing so, the wrist pin (18) enters the recess of the hollow counter wrist pin (16) as shown in FIG. The lock between the wrist pin (18) and the counter wrist pin (16) is obtained by clutching the ridge (17) with a peg (15). Also in this case, between the outer surface of the counter wrist pin (16) and the surface of the hole (21), and between the inner surface (14 ') of the head (14) of the counter wrist pin (16) and the recess (19). By providing a clearance of 0.2 to 0.5 mm between the surfaces (20), the head can be reliably rotated. A 2 ° to 5 ° angle portion α provided between the inner surface (14 ′) and the surface (20) enables the head to perform a vibration operation, which is the surface of the handle tip (2). The solution between the taper portion (12) and the corresponding back surface portion (5) of the bristles holding head is the same as the solution described above. The toothbrush described thus far can be applied in different sizes, in particular different sizes suitable for adults and children. All corners and tips of the head, and the handle should be appropriately rounded, and the head should project above the tip of the handle. Although the present invention has been described in terms of several preferred embodiments, many modifications and changes can be made by those skilled in the art in light of the above description. Accordingly, this invention includes all alternatives and modifications that come within the spirit and scope of protection of the following claims.
