According to this conventional method, a large number of tiles and other foreign materials are bonded and fixed on a flat elastic plate with a gap kept between them, and this elastic plate is inserted into the bottom of a concrete molding frame, and concrete is poured into the frame from above. The product is formed by inserting the tile into the elastic plate by applying vibration and pressure, and the joint groove is formed in the part of the elastic plate where the tile is not embedded.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In the above-mentioned conventional method, the elastic plate is used to prevent the tiles, etc., which are arranged on the flat elastic plate with a gap, from being displaced when the concrete is put into the structure and vibrated or pressed. Since it is fixed by adhesion to
It takes time to remove the adhesion between the tile and the elastic plate when the product is demolded.

Furthermore, even though it is said that the joint groove is formed in the part of the elastic plate where the tile did not go into, since this part is adjacent to the part where the tile goes in, distortion occurs when the tile goes in, and the joint groove is clear. And the joint layer at the bottom of the joint groove is not solid.

<Means for Solving Problems> A method for producing a concrete product in which the foreign material of the present invention is partitioned by joints is a method for producing a concrete product in which a foreign material for decoration such as tiles is partitioned by joints and attached to the surface. On the upper surface of the bottom plate of the product molding frame, a partitioning ridge having a thickness lower than that of the tile is provided, and the upper surface is divided into a plurality of sections, and one or all of the sections are separately formed on the upper surface. One or a plurality of color mortar pattern parts are arbitrarily placed, and dry mortar is laid on the entire surface of the section so as to wrap and cover the pattern parts, and a dry mortar layer having a tile appearance is formed on the ridges. It is characterized in that after the joint material is applied and the height of the dry mortar layer is made uniform, concrete is filled in the formwork and integrally molded with the pattern part through the dry mortar layer.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is an early stage of the present invention. In order to allow water to permeate to the upper surface of each tile by fitting water-permeable tiles A as different material layers in the four recesses 4 on the upper surface of the bottom plate 2, respectively. The adhesive paste 10 is partially applied in stripes, grids, etc., and the joint material 6 is filled in the gap between the tiles A and the inner surface of the mold, and then the concrete 7 containing the water-permeable mixture is filled in the mold 1. To mold the product.

If there is a risk that the different material layers will be damaged during molding of the product, a thin cushion plate 2'such as a soft rubber plate, a sponge plate or a foamed plastic plate is laid on the bottom of the recess 4 as shown in FIG. ,
You may fit and mount a different material layer on it. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, two side-by-side recesses 4 and 4 are formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 2 for fitting the water-impermeable decorative tile B as a different material layer, and the tile B is fitted into each of the recesses 4, and about 2 of the recesses are provided. A plurality of grooves 4'having a semi-cylindrical cross section are formed in parallel at the bottom of each of the adjacent double recesses 4, and a rubber crushing chip C mixed with an adhesive is filled in the groove 4'as a different material. Dry mortar D is piled up higher than the depression as a different material, the joint material 6 is filled in these gaps, the adhesive paste 10 is applied to the upper surface of the decorative tile B, and then the water-impermeable normal concrete 7
And the product is molded by vibrating with a vibrator 8 and pressing with a press plate 9. The demolding of the product is performed in the same manner as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. The paste 10 is impermeable to both the tile B and the concrete layer 7, and may be applied to the entire upper surface of the tile B.

Similar to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 has four recesses 4 divided by the ridges 5 ... Water-permeable tiles A and A are fitted into two of the recesses, and the remaining recesses are formed. A pattern forming part E made of a different material molded with a color mortar is put in the inside, filled with dry mortar D from the above, the joint material 6 is filled on the ridges 5, and at the same time, the paste 10 for adhesion is partially formed on the upper surface of the water permeable tile. Is applied and then the water-permeable concrete 7 is filled.
