Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent oil splash associated with cooking by sucking contaminated air during cooking into a suction system, cleaning the air by a filter and then discharging it from an outlet of an outlet pipe by operating a sucker placed above a tempura fryer. CONSTITUTION:An oil sucker has a shelter comprised of an oil defense A, an air pipe B, a socket C to which a sucker is plugged, and the sucker 2 with a built-in fan F which is rotated by a motor D is connected to the socket C. A suction system 3 comprised of a hood J, a screen K, a filter L, and a suction pipe M is connected to the sucker 2. An outlet pipe 4 with an outlet N is connected to an air pipe B.
