(Prior Art) An electric wire cable for operation is connected to a computer, an OA device, or the like. Leaving this cable on the floor may interfere with walking or cause troubles due to being caught. Such troubles are unavoidable especially in a computer room where many devices are installed. Therefore, a method is adopted in which a so-called free access floor is constructed in such a dedicated room, a vacant space for accommodating the above-mentioned cables and the like is provided on the bottom surface of the floor material, and the cables are connected at a position close to each device. It became so.
As the floor material used for the free access floor,
An example is one in which pillar members are spaced apart from each other on the floor to be constructed, the corners of a rectangular floor panel are placed on the upper surface of the pillar member, and the corners are laid one by one, and the lower surface of the floor panel is used as a space for storing the cable. (Problems to be solved by the device) The above-mentioned free access floor material according to the applicant has gained a good reputation in terms of good workability, but in the actual construction stage, the following problems are solved. Problems that should be pointed out also came to be pointed out. That is, since the brim portion that forms the electric cable grooving groove is fixedly provided on the main body, the depth of the groove is constant, and the number of electric cables that can be accommodated is limited. In addition, if the floor material body needs to be replaced for some reason after laying the floor material and laying the wire cable around, it cannot be done because the flange portion is obstructed by the wire cable. (Operation) A floor construction procedure using the above-configured free access floor material will be briefly described. First, a vertical and horizontal reference line is drawn on the construction floor F. On the other hand, the floor material main body 2 and the collar member 3 are paired,
Each receiving portion 31 ... Receives the lower end of the supporting leg 1. Based on the reference line, the floor material main bodies 2 are sequentially spread so that the flange members 3, 3 of the adjacent floor material main bodies 2 and 2 are mated with each other. Between the floor material main bodies 2 spread in this manner, electric cable crawling grooves 4 are formed by the mating of the brim members 3 and 3, and the electric cable C is inserted in the crawling grooves 4. Crawling and covering each groove 4 with the lid 5 completes the construction.

At this time, since the floor material main bodies 2 are appropriately arranged by mating the brim members 3 forming a pair with the respective floor material main bodies 2 ..., all the floors can be arranged if only the first reference line is accurately drawn. The material main bodies 2 ... Are correctly arranged at predetermined positions. Also, if the height of the supporting legs 1 ... Is adjusted, the height between the collar member 3 and the upper surface of the floor material main body 2 is changed, whereby the depth of the groove 4 ... The number can be adjusted appropriately according to the number, that is, the bulk thereof. Further, by adjusting the height of each of the supporting legs 1, ..., The floor material main body 2 can be set in place even on a small unevenness (uneven) of the floor surface F without rattling. In addition, even if it becomes necessary to replace any of the floor material main bodies 2 for some reason after the construction, the floor material main body 2 is a separate body from the collar member 3, so it is independent of the crawl cable C. It is possible to remove only the floor material main body 2 concerned and install the replacement product there again.

(Example-1) The floor material main body 2 shown in Figs.
The lower surface is molded by C into a hollow table type, and has a shape of an isosceles right triangle in a plan view, and when each receiving portion 31 of the collar member 3 receives the supporting leg 1 ... The lower brim members 3 of the two side surfaces 21, 21 of the two side surfaces 21 and 21 project outward in a horizontal state. Vertical cylindrical portions 22 ... With upper and lower openings are formed at three corners of the floor material main body 2, and nuts 23 are mounted in the cylindrical portions 22. A step portion 24 is formed at the upper edge of the right-angled two sides of the floor material main body 2,
The lid 5 is laid between the adjacent floor material main bodies 2 so as to be flush with the upper surface of the floor material main body 2.

Thus, when floor construction is performed using the floor material main body 2 and the flange member 3, as shown in FIG. 1, the floor members are fitted by receiving the lower ends of the supporting legs 1 into the receiving portions 31 of the flange member 3. The main body 2 and the collar member 3 form a pair. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the adjacent flange members 3, 3 are connected so that the adjacent flange members 3, 3 are mated with each other and the notch 32 and the protrusion 33 are fitted together, and the floor surface F
The floor material main body 2 is laid in order on the top. Collar members 3, 3
The electric wire cable C is formed in the groove 4 formed by the pairing with each other.
.. At this time, the support leg bolts 1 ... Are appropriately screwed / retrewed to adjust the depth of the grooves 4 so that all the electric cables C can be accommodated. Further, each floor material main body 2 is supported at three points by appropriately adjusting the support leg bolts 1 so that the floor material F is fixed so as not to rattle even when the floor F is small and uneven. Then, the construction is completed by straddling the lid body 5 between the stepped portions 24, 24 of the floor material main bodies 2, 2 adjacent to each other.

(Example-2) In the example shown in FIG. 5, the receiving portion 31 is made of a rubber cap, and the rubber cap 31 is fitted from above into a hole 34 opened at a predetermined position of the collar member 3. It is a thing. By fitting the lower ends of the same supporting leg bolts 1 ... Into this rubber cap 31, the floor material main body 2 and the collar member 3 are paired and used for the same laying construction. When such a rubber cap 31 ... Is used, the positional deviation is effectively prevented by the frictional resistance with the floor surface F. Since other configurations and functions are the same as those described above, the same reference numerals are given in the drawings, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In the case of the present embodiment, there is a concern that the collar member 3 will come off the rubber cap 31 due to the weight of the electric cables C, ... However, there is no problem after the construction is completed.

(Embodiment 3) In the example shown in FIG. 6, a rubber cap 35 is fitted to the lower end of the supporting leg bolts 1 ... While a hole through which the supporting leg bolts 1 ... Can be inserted at a predetermined position of the collar member 3. 36 is opened, and the flange member 3 is supported on the rubber cap 35, so that the cap 35 and the hole 36 are substantially used as the receiving portion 31. In the case of this embodiment, the floor material main body 2 is shipped from the factory.
And the collar member 3 are paired, and the depth of the grooves 4 is adjusted by twisting the support bolts 1 ... In the field. Also in this case, the frictional resistance of the rubber cap 35 to the floor surface F provides the effect of preventing misalignment.

(Embodiment 4) In the example shown in FIG. 7, the receiving portion 31 of the collar member 3 also has a nut 37.
The support leg bolt 1 in which the reverse screw is engraved from the middle is screwed together with the nut 23 and the nut 37 attached to the floor material main body 2. In this case, support bolt 1
It is noteworthy that the supporting leg bolt 1 is simultaneously screwed in and out relative to the nuts 23 and 37 by the twisting operation, and the height adjusting stroke with respect to the degree of operation is large. Other configurations and functions are the same as above,

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the free access floor material of the present invention, the floor material main body and the flange member are separate bodies, and the floor material main body is formed into a cylindrical portion opened at the top corner portion thereof. Since the height can be adjusted by the inserted bolt-shaped supporting leg, the positioning can be accurately performed by mating the flange members with each other, and for the electric cable crawl formed between the floor material main bodies. The depth of the groove can be changed as appropriate according to the number of electric cables to be accommodated, and it is possible to appropriately respond to the construction specifications on site. In addition, construction can be performed without rattling even on small unevennesses on the floor to be constructed, and it is also convenient for maintenance.
