応じた凹部を設けることにより、中底外周側面が無段差
となって中底と雌金型との接触(嵌合)が良好になり、
(1)の効果をなお一層向上させる。 (4)中底の接足面をアナトミー構造とすることができ
るため、胛被の一部が切り欠かかれている靴であって
も、アナトミー構造のものを容易に射出成形することが
でき、かつラストモールドの底面形状をアナトミー構造
にする必要がなく、ボトムモールドやサイドモールドと
共に、ラストモールドをも他の構造,デザイン等の射出
成形靴のラストモールドと共用することができる。 (5) ラストモールドとボトムモールド,サイドモー
ルドの適合が容易で、作業能率が向上する。 (6)特別な材料が不要であり、コストダウンに繋が
る。
