Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to promote a sight view from the highest floor by arranging beams of the highest ends on the plane of structure to reversed beams to project the upper parts of the reversed beams to the roof floor, and constructing parapets of the projected parts. CONSTITUTION: Beams 2c on the highest ends of rigid-frame construction are arranged to reversed beams to use the reversed beams as parapet constitution members. In that case, an open surface for installing balconies or windows is provided to a dwelling unit section, a sight view from the highest floor 4 is improved by maing the beams 2c on the highest ends as the reversed beams. Upper parts of sections of the reversed beams are projected to the roof floor 9, and the projected parts are used as constitution members of the parapets 10. According to the constitution, structural members for constructing the parapets 10 are omitted to shorten a construction time, and building load can be reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this type of multi-story building, there is known a multi-story building in which the outer structure is a rigid frame structure and housing units are provided facing each surface around the building. In this case, for the purpose of improving the view of the windows facing the outer structure and facilitating entrance and exit to the balcony, part of the beams that make up the outer structure ramen structure are placed on the reverse beam. Has been proposed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-25976, Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-259).

That is, on the same floor, the beams on the ceiling side are arranged alternately with the normal beams and the reverse beams, and the corresponding beams on the floor side are aligned with the directions of the beams on the ceiling side, and when the ceiling side is the reverse beam, The corresponding floor side is a reverse beam, and when the ceiling side is a normal beam, the floor side is also a normal beam. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a parapet a is formed on the rooftop of a multi-story building by arranging reinforcing bars inside.

In the above-mentioned conventional case, the beam on the ceiling side of the uppermost floor is located close to the roof, and if the beam is a reverse beam, the beam projects to the rooftop. The beams on the ceiling side of the are not arranged in reverse beams, so the viewability is not much improved compared to the lower floors. An object of the present invention is to provide a structure in which the view of the top floor is improved and the structural advantage of the building can be obtained.

According to the present invention, there is an outer frame surface of a rigid frame structure in which a beam is provided between a plurality of columns, and the beams are provided on the ceiling side and floor side of a dwelling unit section. In the arranged multi-story building, at least one beam at the uppermost end of the outer structure is continuously arranged as a reverse beam, and an upper portion of the reverse beam is projected to the rooftop, and the projected part is used as a parapet constituent member. By doing so, the above object was achieved. By arranging the beams on the floor constituting the unit on the uppermost floor into normal beams and reverse beams, it is easy to enter and exit the balcony, and the view in the lower floors will be good.

[Function] Although the housing unit of a high-rise house has an open surface for installing balconies and windows, the top beam of the outer structure is a reverse beam, which improves the view of the top floor. Since the upper part of the cross section of the parapet is projected to the roof and the part is used as a constituent member of the parapet, the structural member for constructing the parapet can be omitted, the construction time can be shortened, and the weight of the building can be reduced.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
2 is a plan view of the uppermost floor of the high-rise house, and FIG. 3 is a side view of the outer construction surface A of FIG. 2. The outer construction surface A is provided between a plurality of columns 1 and columns 1 and 1 adjacent to each other. A ramen structure is constructed with the beam 2. On any one of the pillars 1, a wall 3 for constructing a dwelling unit section was constructed as shown in FIG. The beams 2 are located on the ceiling side and floor side of the dwelling unit section on each floor. Further, the beams 2 other than the ceiling-side beam 2c of the top floor 4, that is, the floor side of the top floor 4 and the ceiling and floor beams 2 of the floors other than the top floor are as shown in FIG. If the beams on the ceiling side are normal beams 2a, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in the dwelling unit divisions other than the dwelling unit divisions on the uppermost floor 4, the beams are arranged alternately on the normal beams 2a and the reverse beams 2b. If the beam on the floor side corresponding to this is the normal beam 2a and the beam on the ceiling side is the reverse beam 2b, the corresponding beam on the floor side is also arranged in the reverse beam 2b. This structure is similar to the conventional alternating arrangement of forward and reverse beams, and the beams on the ceiling side and the floor side are
By having a relationship between a and the opposite beams 2b,
It is also possible to provide a room 6 with a view of the reverse beam 2b on the ceiling side and a room 7 with easy access to the balcony 5 where the beam on the floor side is a normal beam 2a in a single unit division. Although not different from the above, in the present invention, as clearly shown in FIG.
Beam 2c at the uppermost end of the outer structure A, that is, beam 2c at the ceiling side of the open surface provided with a balcony or window of the dwelling unit section on the uppermost floor 4
Is a reverse beam, and an upper portion of the reverse beam is projected to the roof 9 to be a constituent member of the roof parapet 10. Reference numeral 11 is a return projection provided on the inner edge of the beam 2c, and 12 is a balcony eave continuous from the roof 9. The outer structure A that constitutes the open surface of the dwelling unit section on the top floor 4 is a beam 2c on the ceiling side of the open surface.
Is a reverse beam, the upper part of an opening such as a window spreads to improve the viewability, and the reverse beam is used as a structural member of the parapet 10 on the roof 9 to partially project the beam 2c onto the roof. Can be used, the material for constructing the parapet 10 can be omitted, the working time can be shortened, and the building load can be reduced. If the beam 2 is, for example, 500 x 700 mm, it will be about 500 on the roof.
It can be projected at a height of mm. Depending on the structure of the multi-story building, there are some structures that do not have an open surface even if they are outside structures, but the beam on the top floor of such a structure is not a reverse beam but a normal beam as before. Good.

As described above, according to the present invention, the beam at the uppermost end of the outer frame of the rigid frame structure constituting the multi-story building is arranged as a reverse beam, and the reverse beam is used as a parapet constituent member. This has the effects of improving the view of the dwelling unit section on the first floor, saving the materials for creating the rooftop parapet, shortening the work time, and reducing the building load.
