2. Description of the Related Art A conventional urethane foam pad used for a chest position of a brassiere, a swimsuit, etc. is excellent in cutability and moldability, and the material cost is low, so that the manufacturing cost is low. On the other hand, it has a high degree of yellowing due to ultraviolet rays, which has the drawback of lacking fashionability.

Alternatively, only materials with low transparency could be used as materials such as brassieres, and it was not possible to make the product highly fashionable. The present invention usually has a high degree of yellowing, on the outer surface of the pad body made of urethane foam that is low in cost, by superimposing and integrating a thin non-yellowing urethane foam,
It is intended to solve the above conventional problems.

For this reason, the present invention is directed to a pad of a brassiere or the like which is worn at the chest position of a brassiere or the like, and the surface of a pad body made of a normal breathable urethane foam or fiber having an appropriate thickness and shape In addition, it is made by stacking thin, non-yellowing urethane foam that is curved and molded into one piece, and a large number of small holes are drilled on the entire outer surface of the non-yellowing urethane foam to be breathable. In addition, a breathable core body for enhancing the support force is interposed between the pad body and the non-yellowing urethane foam to form an integrated body. It is a means. Further, the present invention is a non-yellowing urethane foam in which a yellowing-free urethane foam having a curved surface and a pad main body made of a normal air-permeable urethane foam or fiber are integrated by adhesion with an adhesive or heat setting. Is molded into a curved shape by molding, and the non-yellowing urethane foam is made into upper and lower divided pieces, and the opposite edges are curved in mutually opposite directions, and the opposite edges are sewn and curved. And these are used as means for solving the problems.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the pad of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a pad main body made of a normal urethane foam or fiber, and is formed so that a necessary thickness is provided below and a thin portion is provided above. At this time, urethane foam before hot pressing may be molded by cutting. Two
Is a non-yellowing urethane foam disposed on the outer surface of the pad body 1, has the same shape as the pad body 1 from the curved lower edge 3 to both side edges 4 and 4, and the upper end 5 extends upward from the pad body 1. ing. This non-yellowing urethane foam 2
A large number of small holes 6 are provided because they are closed cells and have no air permeability.
In addition, since non-yellowing urethane foam is expensive, the minimum thickness is required from the viewpoint of cost. Reference numeral 7 denotes a breathable core body interposed between the pad body 1 and the non-yellowing urethane foam 2 to enhance the support force. The core body is polymerized and heat pressed to integrate the three members, or an adhesive agent. To integrate.
The core body 7 may be omitted, and the core body 7 may be adhered with an adhesive agent or may be subjected to an effect by interposing the core body by hot pressing.

FIGS. 3 to 6 show different embodiments for explaining the curved molding of the yellow-free urethane foam 2 on the outer surface, the molding of the pad body 1 made of normal urethane foam or fiber, and the integration of the two. It is shown. First, in FIG. 3, reference numerals 2a and 2b are upper and lower two divided pieces that form the yellow non-yellowing urethane foam 2 on the outer surface, and the opposing edges 8 thereof are curved in mutually opposite directions. Is bent by sewing 9 on. In the usual urethane foam or fiber, a cut body 1'is formed from a block body, and the cut body 1'is formed into the shape of the pad body 1 by thermoforming. Also, the lower wire split piece 2b
After bonding the pad body 1 made of a molded urethane foam or fiber to the above, the upper divided piece 2a
It is formed by sewing and bending. On the other hand, in the case of FIG. 4, after the non-yellowing urethane foam 2 is curved and formed, the pad body 1 made of normal urethane foam or fiber is integrated, and is bonded by an adhesive such as resin, It is integrated by applying an adhesive and heat setting. FIG. 5 shows a case where the non-yellowing urethane foam 2 is formed into a curved shape by molding. FIG. 6 shows a case in which a sheet 2'of non-yellowing urethane foam and a normal urethane foam or fiber cut body 1'are laminated and bonded simultaneously with molding. The lining may be adhered to ordinary urethane foam or fiber.

The non-yellowing urethane foam 2 has various characteristics such as light weight, cushioning property, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and easy workability. Among them, the greatest point is that it does not yellow due to ultraviolet rays. It is a feature. 3 to 7 are characteristic diagrams of the non-yellowing urethane foam. In FIG. 3, in the case of a normal urethane foam, yellowing was confirmed by a fade meter in about 5 hours, but almost no yellowing occurred in the non-yellowing urethane foam. The Y1 value (yellow index) in FIG. 4 indicates the degree of yellowing using a pigment meter.
The degree of yellowing is measured based on the initial value. Figure 5
Shows the heat resistance, and the change in the retention rate is shown graphically with the initial tensile strength being 100, and FIG. 6 shows the moisture resistance. FIG. 7 shows light resistance. Tables 1 and 2 show general physical properties.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, since the non-yellowing urethane foam is placed on the surface of the pad main body made of ordinary urethane foam or fiber, there is no problem of yellowing due to ultraviolet rays. The product value does not decrease when viewed from the surface, highly transparent materials can be used, and fashionability can be enhanced.
Moreover, since it is thin, even if the non-yellowing urethane foam is expensive, there is almost no fear that the product cost will increase. The non-yellowing urethane foam is not breathable, but since it has many small holes, it can be used without any change from a pad using only ordinary urethane foam.
In addition, a breathable core body is integrated between the pad body made of normal urethane foam and non-yellowing urethane foam, and it is adhered with an adhesive agent, so that the support power is enhanced. You can There are various methods for forming the non-yellowing urethane foam, such as molding, in which two divided pieces can be sewn into a curved shape.
