(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【課題】従来、薪ストーブを利用して魚等を焼いた場
合、それから出る油によって煙や臭いが発生して、不快
であった。 【解決手段】魚焼き器を内蔵した上に、野外でも容易に
移動できるように車輪をつけた薪ストーブ。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は薪ストーブの改良に関するものである。従来
薪ストーブの利用は、燃焼部内に薪を投入し、その燃焼
により発生した熱で暖を取ったり、ストーブの上に置い
た水を加熱し、湯を沸かしたりして利用している。ま
た、焼食物をつくる場合、ストーブの上に焼物を置き、
加熱するのであるが、煙の発生により部屋の空気は汚
れ、室内の壁などが変色する。臭いも発生し、食事の気
分を害する。しかも、この汚れた空気を換気しようとす
れば、ストーブによってせっかく暖めた空気を失するこ
とになり、エネルギーの損失となる。本発明は、以上の
欠点を排除するために考案したものである。すなわち、
から燃料である薪が投入され、の上で点火され、炎
および煙はの方向に誘導され流れていき、によって
排気される。焼魚等を燃焼室内部にあるの上に置いて
加熱すると焼魚等から出る脂肪分等は、の上に落下
し、燃焼して、に排気される。この際に、焼き具合を
から眺めて、焼き加減を調整する。こうすれば、暖を
取りながら、煙や臭いの発生なしで魚焼き等が可能とな
り、しかも薪を燃やすことにより出来た木炭による遠赤
外線効果によって風味のよい焼き魚が出来上がる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 薪ストーブの燃焼室内の前方上部に魚焼き用の床を有
    し、上部にはその焼き加減を監視するためのガラス製の
    透明窓を設けた。また、焼魚に直接炎が当たらないよう
    に逃がし煙道を配した薪ストーブ。
