2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this kind of floor suction tool, one in which a rag or mop is attached to the lower surface of the suction tool main body is, for example,
It is known in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-184846 (A47L 9/02), Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 50-38223 (92 (3) D101.1) and the like. These floor suction tools are connected to the cleaner body and remove fine dust with a dust cloth or mop while sucking dust and the like by the suction force of the cleaner body. However,
These floor suction tools cover the bottom surface of the suction tool body with a rag or mop, which increases the intake resistance.
There is a drawback that the electric blower is overloaded due to a decrease in the intake amount of the vacuum cleaner body. In addition, since the suction port is covered with a dust cloth or mop, a relatively large amount of dust cannot be sucked in, and if sand or the like has fallen on the surface to be cleaned, the sand or the like will be removed from the cleaner body. There is a drawback in that it moves on the surface to be cleaned while being attached to a dust cloth or mop without being sucked into the surface, which damages the surface to be cleaned.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. Reference numeral 1 denotes a suction tool body, which is composed of an upper case 2 and a lower case 3, and rotatably supports a connection pipe 4 connected to a cleaner body (not shown) at the center of the rear part thereof. A suction passage 5 communicating with the connecting pipe 4 is formed between the case 3 and the case 3. Reference numeral 6 denotes a first suction port which is formed at a front position of the lower surface of the suction tool body 1 and which is recessed upward from the bottom surface of the suction tool body 1, and communicates with the suction passage 5 through an opening 7 formed in a central portion. . Reference numeral 8 denotes a storage chamber that is provided at the center of the lower surface of the suction tool body 1 and is recessed upward from the bottom surface of the suction tool body 1. A wiping member 29, which will be described later, is retractably housed and the sliding member 29 moves up and down. It houses the moving plate 16.
Reference numeral 9 denotes a ventilation hole formed in a substantially central portion of the side wall surface of the connecting pipe 4 of the storage chamber 8 and communicating with the suction passage 5. Reference numeral 10 denotes a pedestal that is supported in the storage chamber 8 so as to be vertically movable, and has a second suction port 11 recessed upward from the peripheral portion, leaving the peripheral portion, and the pedestal 10 is attached to the second suction port 11. It has an opening 12 communicating with the vent hole 9 in a state of being moved downward. Reference numeral 13 denotes a wiping member 29 mounting portion, which will be described later, provided on both side surfaces of the pedestal 10 and has an engaging groove 14 with which an engaging claw 23 of a mounting leg 22 of the wiping member 29 is engaged. Reference numeral 15 denotes inclined cams formed on the right and left sides of the upper surface of the pedestal 10. Reference numeral 16 denotes a slide plate that is slidably supported in the left-right direction above the pedestal 10 in the storage section 8.
Suction tool body 1 through opening 18 formed in upper case 2
It is exposed on the top surface. Reference numeral 19 denotes a cam formed on the lower surface of the sliding plate 16, which meshes with the inclined cam 15 of the pedestal 10 and moves the sliding plate 16 in the left-right direction to move the pedestal 10 in the vertical direction. There is. Reference numeral 20 is a spring whose both ends are fixed to the pedestal 10 and the sliding plate 16, respectively. The elastic force of the spring 20 urges the pedestal 10 in a direction to be stored in the storage portion 8.
Reference numeral 21 denotes a synthetic resin base, which is formed wider than the pedestal 10, and a portion protruding outward from the pedestal 10 serves as a handle when the base 21 is removed. 22 is a mounting leg formed upward on both ends of the upper surface of the base 21, and is adapted to be fitted to the mounting portion 13 of the pedestal 10, and at the tip end,
Engaging claws 23 that engage with the engaging grooves 14 of the mounting portion 13 are formed toward the inside, and when the pedestal 10 moves upward, the mounting legs 22 are provided between the pedestal 10 and the suction tool body 1. Sandwiched between the base 21
Is prevented from falling off from the suction tool body 1. Reference numeral 24 is a locking member attached to the front and rear portions of the upper surface of the base 21, and has a large number of elastic synthetic resin fibrous bodies having a hook-like tip. Reference numeral 25 is a large number of through holes formed in the base 21. Reference numeral 26 denotes an elastic body made of a material having elasticity attached to the lower surface side of the base 21, and in the present embodiment, a material in which a large number of fibers having soft elasticity are implanted is used. The elastic body
For 26, it is desirable to use a material having a relatively large elasticity so as to follow the irregularities of the surface to be cleaned. For example, a sponge may be used in addition to the above materials. Reference numeral 27 denotes a through hole formed in the elastic body 26, which is formed so as to overlap with the through hole 25 of the base 21, and the base 21 and the elastic body 26 have air permeability by the through holes 25 and 27. It is like this. Reference numeral 28 is a cloth-like body, and both ends of the cloth-like body are covered with the elastic body 26.
When the base 21 is attached to the pedestal 10, both ends of the cloth-like body 28 are pedestal.
10 It is designed to be sandwiched between the peripheral portion and the base 21. The cloth-like body 28 is formed of a material having a dust collecting property, a dust-retaining property, and an air permeability, specifically, a non-woven fabric, a cloth, a paper, or the like. It is made of a non-woven fabric made of fine fibers, and the fine fibers are subjected to electrostatic treatment in order to improve dust retention. A wiping member including the base 21, the elastic body 26, and the cloth-like body 28.
Make up 29. Reference numeral 30 denotes a front wheel rotatably supported on the front side of the lower surface of the suction tool body 1, 31 denotes a rear wheel rotatably supported on the rear side of the lower surface of the suction tool body 1, with the wiping member 29 moved downward. The bottom position of both wheels 30, 31 is the wiping member.
29 It is located above the bottom surface. Reference numeral 32 denotes a flap disposed between the first suction port 6 and the wiping member 29, which is made of a material having elasticity such as rubber. The flap 32 moves the wiping member 29 downward. In this state, the lower end is located above the lower surface of the wiping member 29. Thus, the cloth-like body 28 covers the lower part of the elastic body 26,
Both ends of the cloth-like body 28 are hooked and locked on a large number of fibrous bodies of a locking member 24 provided on the base 21. In this state, the mounting leg 22 of the base 21 is fitted to the mounting portion 13 of the pedestal 10, and the engaging claw 23 of the mounting leg 22
Is engaged with the engaging groove 14 of the mounting portion 13, and the wiping member 29 is attached to the suction tool body 1. When cleaning a surface to be cleaned such as a flooring that requires wiping, the wiping member 29 is projected downward and the cleaner body is operated to move the suction tool body 1. Since the wiping operation is mainly performed when the suction tool body 1 is moved forward, in this state, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, relatively large dust and dust are sucked from the first suction port 6, and fine dust is collected by the cloth-like body 28 of the wiping member 29. With the wiping member 29 protruding downward,
The second suction port 11 communicates with the suction passage 5 through the ventilation hole 9 and also sucks from the entire surface of the cloth-like body 28 through the through holes 25 and 27 of the base 21 and the elastic body 26. Fine dust can be collected more reliably. Further, since the cloth-like body 28 is subjected to electrostatic treatment on its fibers, the dust collecting property is further improved.
As described above, since the air is sucked from the first suction port 6 and the second suction port 11, it is possible to suck sufficient air for cooling the electric blower of the cleaner main body and prevent the electric blower from being overloaded. Can be prevented. Both ends of the cloth-like body 28 are locked by the locking members 24 and are sandwiched between the pedestal 10 and the base 21, so that the cloth-like body 28 is prevented from coming off due to a push-pull operation accompanying cleaning. can do. In the protruding state of the wiping member 29, the front wheel 30 and the rear wheel 31 are in a floating state, and even if sand or the like is dropped, the sand or the like is not pressed by the wheels 30 and 31 to damage the surface to be cleaned, Adhesion of sand or the like to the wiping member 29 is prevented by the flap 32 arranged in front of the wiping member 29, and the sand or the like is sucked into the cleaner body from the first suction port 6. When the cloth-like body 28 becomes dirty, the end of the base 21 is grasped by the wiping member 29 protruding downward to disengage the engagement claw 23 and the engagement groove 14 from the base 10. Remove the wiping member 29. And
Both ends of the cloth-like body 28 are removed from the engaging members 24 and replaced with a new cloth-like body. When cleaning the surface to be cleaned such as tatami mats and mats, if the operating portion 17 is operated to slide the sliding plate 16, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 5 and FIG. Member 29
Are stored in the storage unit 8 together with the pedestal 10. In the housed state of the wiping member 29, the front wheel 30 and the rear wheel 31 are in contact with the surface to be cleaned, thereby improving the mobility of the suction tool body 1. In the housed state of the wiping member 29, as shown in FIG. 2, the ventilation hole 9 is closed by the elastic body 26, and almost no air is sucked from the second suction port 12, so that the wiping member 29 can clean unnecessary tatami mats, rugs and the like. At this time, the cloth-like body 28 of the wiping member 29 is not unnecessarily soiled. Further, since the mounting leg 22 of the wiping member 29 is sandwiched between the base 10 and the suction tool body 1 when the wiping member 29 is stored, a large load is applied to the wiping member 29 when cleaning a long-haired rug. The wiping member 29 does not come off from the suction tool main body 1 even if a force is applied. In this embodiment, the through hole 27 is formed in order to give the elastic body 26 breathability, but it goes without saying that a breathable material may be used. Further, in the present embodiment, the flap 32 is provided only between the first suction port 6 and the wiping member 29, but the flaps may be provided before and after the wiping member 29 as in the second embodiment described later. . A second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 14 to 24. The second suction port is recessed, and the first suction port 46 and the second suction port 47 are suction passages through openings 48 and 49, respectively.
It communicates with 45. Reference numeral 50 denotes a first side surface suction port formed in front of both side surfaces of the suction tool body 41, which communicates with the first suction port 46. Reference numeral 51 is a second side surface suction port formed in substantially the center of both side surfaces of the suction tool body 41, which communicates with the second suction port 47. Reference numeral 52 is an engaging groove formed in the central portion of both side surfaces of the suction tool body 41, with which an engaging claw 55 of a base 53 described later engages in a disengageable manner. 53 is a base made of synthetic resin, and mounting legs 54 are formed upward on both ends of the upper surface.
54 The engaging claw 55 formed at the tip end is fitted with the engaging groove 52 of the suction tool body 41.
It is adapted to be attached to the suction tool main body 41 by engaging with,
When the base 53 is attached to the suction tool body 41, the second side suction port 51 is closed by the mounting legs 54. The base
An unillustrated locking member that locks a cloth-like body 59 described below is attached to the front and rear portions of the upper surface of the 53, and this locking member is an elastic member whose tip is formed like a hook as in the first embodiment. It is composed of a member having a large number of fibrous bodies made of synthetic resin.
Reference numeral 56 is a large number of through holes formed in the base 53. Reference numeral 57 denotes an elastic body made of an elastic material, which is attached to the lower surface side of the base 53, and is formed of a sponge. Reference numeral 58 denotes a through hole formed in the elastic body 57, which is formed so as to overlap with the through hole 56 of the base 53. The through holes 56 and 58 form a base.
The 53 and the elastic body 57 are breathable. 59
Is a cloth-like body, both ends of which are covered with the elastic body 57,
It is designed to be hooked and locked on a large number of fibrous bodies of the locking member provided on 53, and when the base 53 is attached to the suction tool body 41, both ends of the cloth-like body 59 are the bottom surface of the suction tool body 41. It is designed to be sandwiched between the base 53. The cloth-like body 59 is the first
It is made of the same material as that of the embodiment. The base 53,
The elastic member 57 and the cloth-like body 59 form a wiping member 60. Reference numeral 61 denotes a sliding plate disposed in a space surrounded by the upper case 42 and the lower case 43, and a rib 62 formed on the lower case 42.
It is slidably supported in the left-right direction. Reference numeral 63 is a pressing rib formed on the bottom surface of the sliding plate 61, and when the sliding plate 61 is slid, it pushes an operating rod 67 described later to move it downward. Reference numeral 64 denotes an operation portion formed on the sliding plate 61, which is exposed above the suction tool body 41 through an opening 65 formed in the upper case 42. 66 is a spring installed between the lower case 43 and the sliding plate 61, toward the position where the pressing rib 63 of the sliding plate 61 does not press the operating rod 67 described later,
The sliding plate 61 is biased. Reference numeral 67 denotes an operating rod which is supported by the lower case 43 so as to be vertically movable, the lower end of which is exposed to the second suction port 47 and which is moved downward by the pressing rib 63.
The lower end presses the base 53 downward to disengage the engagement claw 55 of the mounting leg 54 of the base 53 from the engagement groove 52. 68
Is a spring installed between the lower case 43 and the operating rod 67 to urge the operating rod 67 upward. 69 is a flap disposed in front of and behind the second suction port 47,
The flap 69 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and the lower end of the flap 69 is located above the lower surface of the wiping member 60. Thus, when cleaning a surface to be cleaned, such as a flooring, which needs to be wiped, the elastic body 57 is covered with the cloth-like body 59, and both ends of the cloth-like body 59 are provided on the base 53. It is hooked and locked on a large number of fibrous bodies of the member. In this state, engage the engaging claw 55 provided on the mounting leg 54 of the base 53 with the suction tool body.

When the suction tool body 41 is connected to the cleaner body and the cleaner body is operated to move the suction tool body 41, as shown in FIG. 14, a relatively large amount of dust or dust is absorbed by the cleaner body. The fine dust sucked from the first suction port 46 is collected by the cloth-like body 59 of the wiping member 60. In this state, the second suction port 47 has the base 53 and the through holes 56 and 58 of the elastic body 57.
Since it is sucked from the entire surface of the cloth-like body 59 via, the fine dust can be collected more reliably. Both ends of the cloth-like body 59 are
Since it is locked by the locking member and is sandwiched between the bottom surface of the suction tool main body 41 and the base 53, the cloth-like body 59 does not come off due to the pushing and pulling operation accompanying the cleaning. In the protruding state of the wiping member 60, as shown in FIG. 14, the front wheel 30 and the rear wheel 30
31 will be in a floating state, and even if sand etc. falls, sand etc. will not be pushed by both wheels 30, 31 and will not damage the surface to be cleaned,
The flap 69 disposed in front of the wiping member 60 prevents sand and the like from adhering to the wiping member 60 and is sucked from the first suction port 46 to the cleaner body. When the cloth 59 is dirty, the operating portion 64 is operated to slide the sliding plate 61, and the operating rod 67 is moved downward by the pressing rib 63 of the sliding plate 61. As shown in FIG. 19, the operating rod 67 is moved downward to attach the base 53.
The engagement claw 55 of 54 is disengaged from the engagement groove 52 of the suction tool body 41, and the wiping member 60 is removed from the suction tool body 41. Then, both ends of the cloth-like body 59 are removed from the engaging members and replaced with a new cloth-like body. When cleaning a surface to be cleaned such as a tatami mat or a carpet, the wiping member 60 is removed from the suction tool body 41 in the same manner as described above. When the suction tool main body 41 is pushed and pulled in this state, as shown in FIG.
