For filtration or purification of aquaculture ponds and other small-scale or low-precision filtration methods for household or commercial use, a filter medium (cotton-like material, felt-like material, porous sponge) is mainly used. Is common. As such a filtering method or device, for example, a technology is known in which a filter medium is housed in a filter tank, sand or activated carbon is used in combination in some cases, and water of a river or a pond is supplied to and passed through to purify it. Has been.

The above-mentioned filter material is capable of filtering algae and scales that grow in rivers and ponds, or suspended matter, and it is necessary that the filter material has a sufficient filter function. Needless to say. On the other hand, the fine filter material has a problem that it is clogged within a relatively short period of time. This is a problem that occurs not only in the cotton-like material but also in sand, activated carbon and the like.

In order to always maintain a good filtering function of the filter material, it is necessary to regularly wash and remove the above-mentioned clogging material (filtration residue). For that purpose, it is conceivable to take out the filter material from the filter tank, wash it, store it again in the filter tank, and reuse it. However, this kind of work is very time-consuming, and it is more economical to replace it with a new one, so it is common to take it out of the filter tank and replace it with a new one. Is.

In view of the uneconomicalness of the filtration method for exchanging the filter medium, the present inventor considers that the filter medium is preferably washed and reused. I thought that it would be possible to wash the filter material (cotton-like material, felt-like material, porous sponge) in the state of being stored in.

[0007] As one of them, in order to wash the cotton-like material and the felt-like material contained in the filtration tank, it was attempted to pressurize and wash the cleaning water. However, it has been found that the internal clogging of these filter materials having a three-dimensional shape such as a plate or a column cannot be easily removed.

[0008] Therefore, the present inventor has focused on a thin cloth-like body (so-called filter cloth) having a filtering function, passing water through it to filter, and thereafter, impurities which become a filtration residue contained in water. When the filter cloth was clogged with (algae, water stains, various suspended matters), it was thought that the filtration residue could be easily removed by spraying washing water on the thin filter cloth.

However, it has been found that such a thin filter cloth is too coarse to be able to exert a sufficient filtering function with only one piece. In addition, cleaning clogging of the filter cloth in the filtration tank means that even if the filter residue is smoothly separated, it will be mixed into the purified water, and a good filtration function will always be exhibited. There was a new problem that I could not.

According to the present invention, a filter cloth is wound around a filter winding shaft having a hollow hollow filter cylinder a plurality of times, and the filtration water is supplied into the filter cylinder, whereby a single filter is thin. Even though it is a cloth, it is possible to reveal a state in which a large number of sheets are overlapped, so that it is possible to exert a sufficient filtering function.

When clogging progresses, the filter cloth is wound around the other winding shaft, and a cleaning liquid is sprayed on the filter cloth which has become one sheet in the winding process to remove the filter residue. So, compared to thick porous sponge and felt-like filter material, it is extremely easy and reliable to separate,
It can be removed.

Then, the washing chamber is constructed in a substantially independent state in the filtration tank (slightly communicated with a slit that allows the movement of the filter cloth), and the outlet for discharging the washing liquid is used for this washing. Since it is provided in the chamber, there is almost no possibility that the filtration residue separated from the filter cloth by washing is mixed with the filtered water in the filtration tank.

Further, when the cleaning nozzle mechanism comprises a nozzle capable of reciprocating in the width direction of the filter cloth, the whole area of the filter cloth moving by winding is covered. Therefore, the cleaning liquid can be reliably ejected. As a result, it does not require the diffusion state of the nozzle jets,
The nozzle can be jetted as close to the filter cloth as possible, and the pump pressure need not be increased accordingly.

Further, when a pair of rotating rollers for holding the filter cloth in a position so as not to contact the slit are provided in the vicinity of the slit of the cleaning chamber, the rotating rollers can smoothly move the filter cloth. Of course, it is ensured, but the filter cloth greatly bends when pressurized water is sprayed onto the filter cloth by the cleaning nozzle mechanism (because the two winding shafts are separated).
Can be restrained to a slight deflection by these rotating rollers. As a result, it is possible to prevent the filter cloth from coming into contact with the slits and abrading to deteriorate or eliminate the filtering function.

Further, in the cleaning chamber, a punching metal plate which is located on the opposite side of the nozzle and receives the filter cloth is arranged parallel to the running direction of the filter cloth, and the cleaning liquid is placed behind the punching metal plate. When a discharge passage communicating with the discharge port of the filter cloth is provided, it is possible to prevent the filter cloth from largely deflecting due to the pressure when the cleaning liquid is sprayed by the above-described cleaning nozzle mechanism. The punching metal plate can be extracted and separated on the back surface side, and the separation and removal efficiency of the filtration residue can be improved.

Further, when the driving means for rotating the pair of winding shafts is provided, the number of windings of the filter cloth wound a plurality of times around the filter winding shaft can be easily changed and the moving speed of the filter cloth at the time of washing can be easily changed. Can be adjusted, and cleaning can be performed according to the timing and degree of clogging that changes depending on the quality of the filtering water or the purpose of filtration.

In more detail, the action of removing the filtration residue by spraying the cleaning liquid will be described. When the filter cloth 6 is unwound, in the cleaning chamber 7, the rotary rollers 39, 39 arranged close to the slits 32, 32. The filter cloth 6 runs while being sandwiched between the two. By this sandwiching, the filter cloth 6 is in a state of being close to the punching metal plate 40, and the filter cloth 6 has the slits 32, 3
It is rewound in a stable manner without touching 2. Filter cloth 6
With the rewinding, the air cylinder 45 expands and contracts, and in the state where the cleaning nozzle mechanism 9 traverses the filter cloth 6 in the width direction, the reciprocating motion in the vertical direction at the required speed is repeated. Simultaneously with this reciprocating movement, the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the nozzle 47 toward the filter cloth 6 received by the punching metal plate 40. As a result, the clogging of the filter cloth (filtration residue) is extracted to the back side of the punching metal plate 40, and the discharge passage 4
1, the inclined bottom surface 35 flows backward to the outlet 37.
Is discharged to the outside of the filtration tank. Therefore, the separated filtration residue is prevented from mixing into the filtered water.

The present invention has the following excellent effects. In the case of the filtering device according to the present invention, by filtering the filter winding shaft with a thin filter cloth having a poor filtering function a plurality of times, by supplying the filtering water from the inside of the wound portion. , Can exert a sufficient filtration function.
Further, at the time of cleaning, the cleaning liquid is sprayed in the state of one sheet while the filter cloth is being wound around the other winding shaft, so that the filter residue can be easily separated from the filter cloth. From the above, according to the present invention, the filtering function can be restored and maintained to the optimum state at any time for a long period of time. Therefore, the filter material such as the cotton-like material, the felt-like material, and the porous sponge is not reused, and it is not necessary to take them out from the filtration tank or store them again for cleaning, and the filtration device Maintenance is very easy. Further, it is extremely economical as compared with the system in which a completely new filter material is replaced.

In addition, since the cleaning chamber for cleaning the filter cloth is configured to be substantially independent in the filtration tank, and the discharge port for discharging the cleaning liquid is provided in this cleaning chamber, the cleaning chamber can There is almost no risk that the separated filtration residue is mixed with the filtered water in the filtration tank. In particular, when a pair of rotating rollers for holding the filter cloth in a position so as not to come into contact with the slit is provided in the vicinity of the slit of the cleaning chamber,
These rotating rollers ensure smooth movement of the filter cloth, and because the winding shafts are separated from each other, the filter cloth largely bends when pressurized water is sprayed onto the filter cloth by the cleaning nozzle mechanism. It is possible to prevent the bending and to suppress this bending to a slight amount. Further, since the rotary roller is arranged in the washing chamber, even if the dirty water is squeezed out when the filter cloth is held by the rotary roller, it can be prevented from flowing into the filtration tank.

Further, when the punching metal plate for receiving the filter cloth is arranged in parallel with the running direction of the filter cloth in the cleaning chamber, it is possible to prevent the filter cloth from being largely deflected by the pressure when the cleaning liquid is ejected. Needless to say, the clogging of the filter cloth can be extracted and separated on the back side of the punching metal plate, and the efficiency of separating and removing the filter residue can be improved.

Further, by providing a driving means for rotating and driving the pair of winding shafts, the number of windings of the filter cloth wound around the filtering winding shaft a plurality of times can be easily changed, and the moving speed of the filter cloth at the time of washing can be increased. It can be adjusted, and cleaning can be easily performed according to the timing and degree of clogging that changes depending on the quality of the filtering water or the purpose of filtration.
