い。又、本願のように開閉蓋でシールするものも存在す
るが構造が複雑で安価に提供できない。又、蓋部を開閉
するためにヒモ等の連結部を用いたものもあるが、開閉
機構の安定性がなく落下衝撃や製造バラツキによる不良
が発生しやすい等の問題がある。

ライダー3が前進して自動的に筆記体収納状態となって

が収納又は筆記体と軸を一体に形成させると共に、収納
時には筆記体先端のペン芯部位が上記シール室内に密挿
され、上記スライダーの後退(又は前進)により連結部
と連動して上記蓋部が拡開されると共に筆記体のペン先
部分が突出し、スライダーの前進(又は後退)によって
連結部により連動して上記蓋部が開口部を密閉するよう
に回動して、ペン芯部位が上記シール室内に密嵌される
ように構成される筆記具に於いて、蓋体とスライダーの
連結または連動手段がピンと長窓の組合わせによって構
成されると共に、さらに蓋体と軸の連結又は連動手段も
ピンと長窓によって構成され、上述の連結手段のうち少
なくとも1つは長窓がストレート部と略半円形又はテー
パー状のカム窓を一体に有する事を特徴するキャップレ
ス式筆記具。
