Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a wrinkle and bend, etc., by lowering a transfer auxiliary member to a transfer table and transfering a paper sheet while being kept in its folded state after a folded paper sheet being placed from a folding part to a transfer table. CONSTITUTION:A two wide type post card paper sheet 11 on whose prescribed surface a pressure sensitive adhesive is applied is drawn out by a roller 18 and piled up and folded in two at a folding part 1a so that a back surface side may be piled up by a sewing machine stitch 12 for folding on the process of the transfer by a transfer roller in a prescribed direction and then transfered toward slit edges 2a, 2b by a discharge roller and cut off at a central position and unified to one sheet worth of post card paper sheet. Then, the transfer direction is changed by 90 degree on the transfer table 6 and a transfer auxiliary member 7 consisting of a transfer roller is lowered on the transfer table 6 by the detection signal of a sensor 8 and post card paper sheets 11 are transferred as being in a piled state. The post 17 is obtained by piling together by a pair of upper/lower press rollers 41a, 41b and adhering faces mutually so as to be able to be peeled off.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional paper folding device of this type is supplied to a bonding device for giving a bonding condition to a folded paper or a processing device for various folded papers, and after folding,
Known devices such as a paper folding and adhering device that continuously processes paper and an enclosing and sealing machine, these devices eject the paper toward the rollers after folding, and the paper remains in the folded state. Although the paper was supplied to the rear stage side, suddenly sandwiching the folded paper between the rollers caused problems such as wrinkles and unnecessary creases in the paper, causing the paper to fall.
