Abstract

PURPOSE: To surely take out slender drugs one by one such as ampuls and the like which are housed in a drug housing container at random, without being impaired. CONSTITUTION: The bottom wall 2 of a drug housing container 1 is inclined in such a way as to be lowered to its one side, combteeth 3 are formed at the lowermost section, and an ampul fall prevention pawl 4 is provided for the tip end section of the combteeth 3. A great number of ampuls are housed in the drug housing container 1, and two pickers 5 and 6 provided with a plurality of stages for a teeth shaped fork 7 capable of holding only one ampul, are compositely moved up and down and in the front and rear directions. When the fork 7 at the lowermost stage of the picker 5 or 6 passes through a space between the combteeth 3, an ampul positioned over the combteeth 3 is picked up by the fork 7, when the forks 7 of both the pickers 5 and 6 mutually pass through, the ample is alternately delivered to the fork 7 at the upper stage side between both the pickers 5 and 6, and when the amplul is brought up to the uppermost stage of the picker 6, let the amplul be rolled over to one direction by the inclination of the fork 7, and it is thereby delivered over to a delivery chute 12.

In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-65329, a lower cylinder is rotatably connected to a lower end of an upper cylinder arranged in an inclined shape, and an angle member is attached to an inner circumference of the lower cylinder to form a lower cylinder. Forming a discharge port on the bottom plate that closes the lower end opening of the body, the ampoule that slides and falls from the upper cylinder to the lower cylinder is lifted up with an angle material that rotates with the lower cylinder and conveyed in the circumferential direction,
An injection dispensing device is described in which the ampoule is discharged at the position of the discharge port.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the method of taking out a medicine according to the present invention, the bottom wall is inclined so as to become lower toward one side, and the bottom part of the bottom wall is inclined. Comb teeth are formed on each of the teeth, and a large number of elongated cylindrical medicines are stored in a medicine storage container with nails for preventing the medicines from dropping at the tips of the comb teeth, and only one medicine can be placed. Of the two pickers provided with a plurality of vertical steps, performs a combined movement in the vertical direction and the front-back direction, and when the lowermost fork of the picker passes between the comb teeth, the comb is used by the forks. When the fork of one picker passes between the forks of the other picker due to the combined motion of the pickers, the drug located on the tooth is picked up, and the drug is delivered to the fork on the upper stage alternately between the two pickers to transfer the drug. The chemical that has been conveyed to the uppermost fork of one of the pickers is rolled in one direction due to the inclination provided on the fork, and discharged to the discharge chute located on the side of the upper end of the picker. The configuration is adopted.

As described above, in the present invention, among a large number of medicines randomly stored in the medicine storage container,
The medicine located on the comb teeth is picked up by the lowermost fork of one picker, and is alternately transferred between the two pickers to the upper fork, and when it reaches the uppermost fork of one picker, that fork is reached. Since it rolls in one direction due to the inclination of and is discharged to the discharge chute, it is possible to reliably take out the elongated medicines such as ampoules randomly stored in the medicine storage container one by one without damaging them.
