【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。 （イ）容器（１）の内部に消火液（２）を適量内蔵す

は、被膜（３）を設ける。 （ハ）容器（１）の上部に、ふた（４）を設ける。 本発明は、以上のような構造で、これを使用するとき
は、火の付いたタバコを被膜（３）にさし込む。被膜
（３）は、ビニールのような薄い膜であるため、熱によ
り溶け、容器（１）に内蔵された消火液（２）にタバコ
の火がふれ完全消火される。容器（１）の型は自在であ
るが、碁盤の目の様に仕切られた個々の内部には、消火
液、消火薬、消火剤等、タバコの火を消火することの出
来る全ての物を内蔵することが出来る。容器（１）の上
面は、被膜（３）で密閉されているので、消火液（２）
が蒸発し水滴が発生し被膜（３）に付着する。火の付い
たタバコを被膜（３）に押し当てた瞬間、熱に依り溶け
てタバコに水滴が吸収されほぼ消火状態になるが、消火
液（２）に達した時点で完全消火される。ふた（４）に
は、タバコの灰を捨て、かつ灰の散乱を防ぐ。使い捨灰
皿のため灰皿を洗浄する時間と経費が節約される。容器
が使用済みになったとき、ふた（４）を閉じてゴミ処理
