から上向流として流しても良いし、また両方法を併用で
きるようにしておくことができる。洗浄水として一般に
処理水を使用することができ、また原水が洗浄用として
使用できる場合は原水を使用してもよい。

実施の形態の一例を図1に、従来の実施形態を図2に示
す。図1において、下部流出防止装置10の下部に原水
供給配管1、下部洗浄水16および排水配管3が接続さ
れた主分配配管4が設置されている。これらの使用流体
の切り換えは、それぞれの配管上の自動弁5、1およ
び7で制御される。この場合、洗浄水として原水を使用
できる場合は、下部の洗浄水の配管は省略される。一
方、洗浄用空気供給配管2および散気用空気配管8の分
配配管は下部流出防止装置10の上部に設置されてい
る。なお散気用と洗浄用空気の配管を共用することがで
きる。また、上部の洗浄水配管15は上部流出防止装置
12の下部に設置されている。上部流出防止装置の上面
の洗浄が必要な場合には、従来通り、その上部に洗浄配
管やノズル等を設置する。従来は図2に示すように、洗
浄用空気供給配管2および散気用空気配管8は下部流出
防止装置10の下側に設置されていた。なお散気用と洗
浄用空気の配管を共用することができる。一方、上部の
洗浄水配管15は上部流出防止装置12の上部に設置さ
れている。
