ともに、前記嵌入路の側方に、前記嵌入体の前記切欠部
に掛止する掛止爪を、前記嵌入路内に突出するロツク位
置と、該嵌入路から退避するロツク解除位置との間で揺
動自由に支持し、該掛止爪と前記滑車とを、該滑車の前
記後退時に前記掛止爪を前記ロツク解除位置に、また、
