The connecting member is installed so as to extend along the vertical and horizontal groove joints of the laid block, and the hole of the connecting member is connected to the connecting hole provided at the inner bottom of the intersection of the vertical and horizontal groove joints. By inserting and connecting each block, the adjacent laying blocks are connected to each other through the connecting member. Also, because of the above-mentioned connecting structure, each connecting hole is drilled on the inside bottom of the intersection of the grooved joints of each laying block using a drill etc., and the bridge connecting work by the above-mentioned connecting material can be performed on site while laying the laying block. However, it is possible to use the above-mentioned connecting material at a place where the connection is required, and it is suitable as a measure against blow-off. Further, the laying blocks are connected to each other through a connecting member extending along the front surface or the back surface thereof, and a good tensile action is generated against a tilt or the like due to a strong wind to maintain the mutual connection of the blocks and to displace or fly from the roof. Effectively prevent falling. In particular, according to the present invention, since the connecting hole is arranged at the inner bottom of the portion where the vertical and horizontal groove-shaped joints intersect and provided for connection by the connecting member, the position where the connecting hole is arranged is extremely specified. It is easy. By selecting an arbitrary crossing point in a plurality of crossing portions and arranging the connecting holes, the position is naturally determined properly, and the rated connecting material can be easily formed according to the dimension between the crossing portions. The connecting material has vertical and horizontal grooved joints. When inserting a hole from the front side of the laying block into the connecting hole located on the inner bottom of the intersection, the connecting material is placed in the vertical grooved joint or in the horizontal direction. One of the groove joints can be selected and extended, so that the joints can be arranged in the joint without any vertical and horizontal orientation, and the exposure of the connecting material to the outer surface of the block can be effectively prevented. . On the contrary, the connecting material is extended along the back surface of the adjacent laying block, the hole insertion portion is inserted from the opening on the back surface side of the connection hole, and the detent member such as the key is coupled to the opening on the front surface side as shown in FIG. In the case of doing so, the detent member such as the key is present in the joint in the vertical direction or the lateral direction without directionality and can be locked to the bottom surface of the joint to ensure the detent, and the detent member can be extended vertically and horizontally. It is possible to effectively prevent the exposure to the outer surface of the block by utilizing the groove joints and being built in.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 is a flat roof, a pitched roof, and a laying block is a laying block which is laid on the ground to cover the construction surface. The laying block 1 is divided by a plurality of vertical and horizontal groove-shaped joints 2. The plurality of small blocks 3 are provided so that a crack in the joint 2 can be induced between the small blocks, and the flexible connecting medium 4 such as a mesh sheet extending between the small blocks causes the cracks. While maintaining the connection of the small blocks 3, the structure has a function of adjusting to fit the unevenness of the construction surface, that is, a function of absorbing unevenness. As a means for connecting the above-mentioned laying blocks, a connecting hole 5 is provided through the inner bottom portion of the portion where the groove-shaped joints in the vertical and horizontal directions of each laying block 1 intersect, and between the connecting blocks between the adjacent laying blocks. The connecting member 6 extending to the block is provided, and the connecting member 6 is provided with a hole inserting portion which is inserted into each of the connecting holes 5 and is connected to each block, so that the blocks are connected to each other. A plurality of embodiments embodied based on the above basic idea will be described below. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the laying block has groove-like joints 2 such as the crack-inducing joints formed on the surface thereof, and the groove-like joints 2 in the vertical direction and the groove-like joints 2 in the horizontal direction cross each other. The connection hole 5 is formed in the inner bottom portion of the portion so as to penetrate to the front surface side and the back surface side of the block, and on the other hand, as shown in FIGS. A connecting member 6 extending in the groove-shaped joint extending direction is formed between the connecting holes 5, and a pole portion of the connecting member 6 is bent in a U shape at a position corresponding to each connecting hole 5 of the connecting member 6. The hook portion 7 is formed by inserting the hook portion 7 from the lower opening of the connecting hole 5 so that the tip of the hook portion projects into the other opening, that is, the groove joint 2.
The key 8 is pushed into the projecting portion of the key, the key 8 is locked to the upper opening edge of the connecting hole 5, that is, the bottom surface in the joint, and each hook portion 7 is coupled to each laying block 1A, 1B. Therefore, the adjacent laying blocks 1A and 1B are connected to each other via the connecting member 6. In the above embodiment, the hook portion 7 forms a holed portion, and the key 8 forms a retaining member. Depending on the implementation, an adhesive material such as mortar or bond is filled in the joint portion formed by the hook portion 7 and the key 8 to strengthen the joint. Further, without using the key 8, the hook portion 7 can be bent and crimped at the tip of the hook portion 7 to engage with the edge of the hole in the joint, and an adhesive can be used together. As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the connecting member 6 is formed of an elongated plate material or the like, and the connecting member 6 is integrally formed with a tubular member 11 (a hole forming portion) corresponding to the connecting hole 5. The cylindrical member 11 is a female screw cylinder, and the cylindrical member 11 is inserted into the connecting hole 5 from the lower opening while the connecting member 6 is extended along the back surface of the adjacent laying blocks 1A and 1B. From the above, the retaining screw 10 (retaining member) is screwed onto the tubular member 11, and the head of the screw 10 is seated on the upper opening edge of the connecting hole 5 to couple each tubular member 11 to each laying block 1A, 1B. To do. As a result, the adjacent laying blocks 1A and 1B are connected to each other via the connecting member 6.
The connecting member 6 utilizes groove-shaped joints on the upper surfaces of the adjacent blocks 1A and 1B to extend into the joints, and the tubular member 1
1 can be crosslinked. Also, although not shown,
It is possible to adopt a structure in which the tubular member 11 is projected toward the insertion end side of the connection hole 5 without using the screw 10 and the projected portion is caulked (expanded) and locked to the opening edge in the joint. . Although not shown, the tubular member 11 is inserted into the connecting hole 5 as described above, filled with an adhesive, and bonded to the laying block.
Further, in FIG. 6, a press-fitting member 15 (hole forming portion) having locking claws 15a (holding portions) is integrally provided at both ends of the plate-like connecting member 6.
The connecting member 6 is extended along the surfaces of the adjacent laying blocks 1A and 1B, and the press-fitting member 15 is press-fitted into the connecting hole 5 from the surface side to engage the locking claw 15a with a stepped portion formed on the hole forming wall. While being configured to stop, a stopper 16 is provided between the press-fitting members 15 of the connecting member 6 to intervene between the adjacent laying blocks 1A and 1B, and an end portion of the stopper 16 is brought into contact with a construction surface. There is. An engaging piece 16a is provided at an end of the stopper 16 so as to be in contact with the construction surface and engage with an adjacent lower edge of the laying blocks 1A and 1B.
The adjacent edge of the block is caught between the connecting member 6 and the connecting member 6. The stopper 16 exerts a bulging action on the curl of the laying block, and effectively prevents the press-fitting member 15 itself from coming off. The press-fitting member 15 can employ the structure of the holed portion shown in each of the above-described embodiments. Further, FIG. 6 shows that the connecting member 6 is extended along the adjacent back surfaces of the adjacent laying blocks 1A and 1B, and the piercing portion 14 is erected on the connecting member 6.
Shows an embodiment in which the blocks are joined by inserting them into the connecting hole 5 provided in the inner bottom portion of the portion where the vertical and horizontal groove-shaped joints of the laying blocks 1A and 1B intersect. The hole-inserting portion 14 is connected to each laying block by using a retracting member such as a screw or a key or a locking claw as in the above-described embodiment, or by using a retaining means such as caulking, press fitting, or an adhesive. .
The embodiment after FIG. 3 is carried out for connection between the laying blocks having vertical and horizontal grooved joints as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the bridged connection is carried out by the connecting member 6 utilizing the grooved joints. Although not shown, the present invention includes the case where the connecting member is extended between three or more laying blocks and the hole forming portions corresponding to the connecting holes provided in each block are provided.

In any of the above-mentioned embodiments, it is not necessary to preliminarily attach the connecting means to the laying block, and there is no protrusion from the side edge of the laying block. There is no problem of deformation or damage of the means. According to the above connection structure, while piercing the connection hole in the laying block on site, the piercing block is inserted into the connection hole provided in the inner bottom portion of the portion where the groove joints intersect with each other by using the connecting material. The connection between the blocks can be easily performed by connecting with the block, and the connection holes can be subsequently drilled to connect the necessary parts, which is suitable as a blow-off prevention means for connecting the laying blocks. The connecting member extending between the laying blocks cooperates with the hole inserting portion that is inserted and connected in the connecting hole to generate a good tensile action against the tilt due to strong wind and effectively hold the mutual connection of the blocks. However, it functions without regret with respect to slippage, jumping, dropping, etc. In particular, according to the present invention, since the connecting hole is arranged at the inner bottom portion of the portion where the vertical and horizontal groove-shaped joints intersect and is provided for the connection by the connecting member, the arbitrary intersecting points in the plurality of intersecting portions are formed. If the connecting holes are selected and arranged, the positions thereof are naturally determined properly, and it is extremely easy to specify the positions where the connecting holes are arranged, and at the same time, a connecting member having a rating can be easily formed according to the dimension between the intersecting portions. When the connecting material is to be drilled from the surface side of the laying block having vertical and horizontal grooved joints into the connecting hole arranged on the inner bottom of the intersection, the connecting material is longitudinal grooved joints or lateral grooved joints. Any of the above can be used to constantly dispose the joint in the joint without vertical and horizontal orientation, and the connecting material can be effectively prevented from being exposed to the outer surface of the block. On the contrary, the connecting material is extended along the back surface of the adjacent laying block, the hole insertion portion is inserted from the opening on the back surface side of the connection hole, and the detent member such as the key is coupled to the opening on the front surface side as shown in FIG. In the case of doing so, the detent member such as the key can be placed in the joint in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction without directivity, so that the detent member can be securely engaged with the bottom surface of the joint and the detaining member can be formed in the vertical and horizontal groove shape. It is possible to effectively prevent the exposure to the outer surface of the block by utilizing the joints and internally.
