Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and to simplify wirings by integrally installing an air temperature detector in a driving circuit module. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating resistor 4 and a temperature sensitive resistor 5 are connected to a driving circuit via a support pin to form a driving circuit module 6. An air temperature measuring element 7 is formed integrally with the module 6, and connected directly to a connector 8. The element 7 is formed integrally with the module 6. Thus, at the time of the fault of the element 7, its attachment, detachment and replacement are facilitated, and maintainability is improved. Since it is connected directly to the connector 8, its wiring resistance can be reduced, and the air temperature can be accurately detected.

るエアクリーナ等に空気温度検出素子を独立して設けて
いる。

入空気温度補償用の感温抵抗体5が設置される。この発
熱抵抗体4,感温抵抗体5は支持ピンにより駆動回路と
電気的に接続しており、駆動回路モジュール6を形成し
ている。この駆動回路により発熱抵抗体4に、一定温度
に加熱するために電流が流される。この加熱温度は吸入
空気の量に関係無く、発熱抵抗体4と吸入空気温度の差
が一定に保たれ、吸入空気温度を感温抵抗体で補正して
いる。すなわち、高流量が空気通路を流れたときは、発
熱抵抗体4に大きい電流を、低流量が流れたときは小さ
い電流を流して一定温度を保つものである。発熱抵抗体
4を流れる電流と空気流量間には単調増加関数の関係が
あり、これにより空気流量を検出するものである。
