Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute construction of a shield tunnel with segments constructed in the same condition as conventional shield work in terms of scale and mechanical details of joining jigs, and to execute joining of segments, employing improved joints, with improved efficiency with joined parts prevented from being exposed to the inside of the shield tunnel. CONSTITUTION:In a segment 4, female cotters 1 are arranged horizontally on the face-side on the joining surface to be joined with an adjoining segment, and mortices 2 and tenons 3 are provided for joining together on the opposite side faces in the ring-forming direction. Male cotters 5 on the joining surface of an adjoining segment on one side are fitted into the female cotters on the adjoining segment on the other side. The mortices 2 or the tenons 3 are fitted either to the tenons or the mortices provided to precedently erected segments, and joining is made with bolts 6 inserted therethrough.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, RC segments are generally used for the primary lining of large-diameter shield tunnels, and bolt joint structures are often used as the joints. In the conventional RC segment having a bolt joint structure, the joint is a structural weak point. In order to solve this, the present applicant proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 5-39049 a segment having a joint structure in which a horizontal cotter joint is inserted and fastened over the entire width of the segment.

However, in the horizontal cotter type joint described above, the male cotter metal fitting is fitted accurately because the sliding length of the male cotter metal fitting with respect to the female cotter metal fitting provided over the entire width of the segment is large. Therefore, high processing accuracy is required for manufacturing the male and female cotter metal fittings. Further, since the H-shaped male cotter fitting inserted into the female cotter fitting is long, the jig used for the insertion may be large-scaled. Furthermore, since the length of the H-shaped male cotter fitting to be inserted into the female cotter fitting is the same as the segment width, a long male cotter fitting will be inserted, which may increase the machine length. Is not easy to handle.

In view of such a problem, the applicant of the present application has proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 5-66537 a segment having a split cotter system in which a recessed portion is provided in each joint surface of adjacent segments. However, in this case, it is necessary to fill the recessed portion provided between the segment joints, which increases the type of work.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to not expose the joint portion to the inner surface of the shield tunnel, to make the inner surface smooth and to eliminate the need for secondary lining. In terms of manufacturability, workability at the time of fastening, scale of fastening jig, machine specifications, etc., a segment that can be constructed under the same conditions as general shield construction is provided.

On the other hand, when fastening the ring joint of the segment, the male tenon provided on the ring joint surface of the segment to be newly assembled is carried into the female tenon provided on the ring joint surface of the same segment. When mated and the male cotter metal fitting is press-fitted into the horizontal female cotter metal fitting, the male tenon is securely fitted to the female mortise of the existing ring due to the pulling effect of the driving of the cotter metal fitting, and the male and female tenon is fastened with the through bolt. In combination with this, the ring is formed by the combination of the tenon transfer ability of the tenon and the tenon transfer ability of the horizontal cotter.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which a single-stage horizontal female cotter fitting 1, a circular female tenon 2 and a male tenon 3 are provided on the ring joint surface of the segment 4 at required intervals. In the figure, the same parts as those in the above-mentioned embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals. 7 and 8 show the assembly status of the segments. The segment B 1 of the (N + 1) ring that has been conveyed to the face is gripped by the erector and moved to a predetermined position, and the segments A 1 and A 2 of the preceding assembly ring N are held. The male tenon 3 provided on the ring joint surface of the segment B 1 of the (N + 1) ring is fitted to the female tenon 2 provided on the ring joint surface of the (N + 1) ring. Fastening is performed with bolts 6.

In the segment according to the present invention, a female cotter fitting extending in the horizontal direction is installed on the face of the joint surface with respect to the adjacent segment, and a female tenon and a male tenon to be fitted to each other are formed on the ring joint surface of the segment. The male cotter metal fittings, which are arranged, are fitted between the female cotter metal fittings provided on the joint surface of the preceding assembly ring of the segment, and the male and female tenon provided respectively on the joint surface of the preceding assembly ring of the segment. Since they are fitted and fastened with through bolts, the shield tunnel with a smooth inner surface can be constructed only by the primary lining without exposing the joint on the inner surface. Since the metal fittings are not exposed on the inner surface, it has excellent corrosion resistance.

Further, unlike the conventional segment, there is no cross section loss due to the bolt box, and the entire cross section can be used as an effective cross section. Further, when the segments are assembled, the tenons of the rings of the same segment and the previously assembled segment serve as guides, so that the segment can be positioned easily and accurately.

Further, by fastening the segment to the disposing ring with the through bolt, it is possible to prevent the segment from being displaced during the assembly. Since the through bolt is installed in the segment in advance, the segment assembling work can be performed. The work is mainly done by the erector, and the assembly can be automated. Further, the female cotter metal fitting is disposed on the joint face face side with respect to the adjacent segment of the segment, and since the male cotter metal fitting is fitted over the female cotter metal fitting, the length of the male cotter metal fitting and the female cotter metal fitting is shortened, The metal fittings can be easily manufactured, the length of the male cotter metal fittings can be shortened, the workability is improved, and it is possible to install under the same conditions as general shield work such as machine specifications.
Further, the above or present segment joint can save labor and automate the segment assembling work.
