が生じ、孔壁及び杭孔周辺の土砂が崩壊し、これがため
に先に掘孔せる杭孔底部下層内に該土壌が落土し詰孔す
るという重大な欠点のあることが判明した。かかる欠点
を解決する手段として更に発明者は上記オーガ面による
圧密作用に代えて図1に示す如く、先掘ヘッドaの上部
に数本の圧締ロッドr、rをオーガー軸oを軸として外
周に適宜の間隔を隔てて四角形、または三角形状に囲僥
配設してなる掘孔装置を発明し、先述せる掘削中におけ
る杭孔の崩壊を防止することに成功し業界において絶大
な好評を呈していたが該工法による場合には上記掘孔作
業中において、掘削せる周辺の土砂が各圧締ロッドr、
r間の空隙b内に流入し、これが回転時において目詰り
し、ついには固結する等して回転作動が不完全である事
態が発生する。
