療データを格納する記憶部と、該記憶部に記憶された所

発行装置において、 前記診療報酬明細書を表示する表示部を備えるととも
に、 前記入力操作部の入力操作による、前記表示部に表示さ
れている診療報酬明細書の修正データを受け付けて、前
記記憶部に格納されている診療データを修正するデータ
修正手段を備えたことを特徴とする診療報酬明細書発行
