Description of the Related Art If the starting end of a stranded wire of a full bobbin is connected to the ending end of a stranded wire of another full bobbin, continuous supply of the stranded wire becomes possible. In order to do this, it is necessary that the winding start end of the twisted wire is exposed from the winding layer of the full bobbin by the length required for connection. Therefore, in the conventional twisting wire device, one of the bobbin attaching / detaching devices provided on both sides of the cradle so as to face each other is provided with a twisted wire winding start end holding plate facing one flange of the bobbin, and a holding plate is provided. When the bobbin is attached / detached at the same time, the empty bobbin placed on the trolley on the upper limit lifter is pressed / separated at the same time. It is grasped by the grasping member of the cutting device and traverses from the start position to the full bobbin that descends.
The twisted wire extending to the roller is sandwiched by a flange and a holding plate, and this is cut by operating a cutting member of a twisted wire gripping and cutting device (see Japanese Patent Laid- Open No. 6-41884 ).

置せられかつボビンの筒状軸の開口端に着脱自在となさ
れたピントルを有する撚線巻き始め端挾持板とを備えた
撚線装置において、挾持板の周縁部に複数の撚線巻き始
め端延長部巻き掛けピンが内向きに設けられ、挾持板の
外面に対向状に水平方向移動自在に配置せられかつ周縁
部に少なくとも1つの撚線フランジのり越えさせ爪が内
向きに設けられ、爪がピンよりフランジの半径方向外側
に位置しており、挾持板および可動板の内方移動限にお
いてフランジ外面に当接するようになされている撚線装
置。
