Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the removal of slime and maintain cleanliness always at high level by coating a surface with fluorocarbon resin layer. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a cage main body 5 provided with multiple through holes 4 in the peripheral surface 2 and bottom surface 3 of a crude refuse charging net cage 1 is covered with fluorocarbon resin layer 6. Next sewage becomes easy to flow out together with water by higher water repellency of the layer 6 and slime becomes easy to remove. Then water containing sewage particles is adhered to the layer 6 in increased contact angle and in sphere due to increased water repellency. When the water evaporates, contamination particles are present under the condition projected from the surface of the layer 6, and the degree of adherence of it to the surface of the layer 6 becomes very small. Thus, even after drying, slime can be removed easily with sponge, etc.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, a net basket 1 for throwing in garbage of this type has conventionally been installed in a drainage port B in a sink A of a kitchen in a form of a drop, and is generated by cooking or washing. There is one that allows various kinds of waste to be poured along with drainage and filtered. In the figure, C indicates a lid that covers the drainage port B as necessary.
In addition, there is also a type that is installed in a corner of a sink without being dropped into the discharge port B, for example. Then, in these raw garbage throwing nets 1, as shown in FIG. 6, punching stainless steel is used to have through holes 4 in the peripheral surface 2 and the bottom surface 3, or as shown in FIG. 2 and a through hole 4 on the bottom surface 3.
Also, unlike the metal net basket, a raw garbage throw net basket 1 formed by using synthetic resin as a material and having a shape having a through hole 4 on a peripheral surface 2 and a bottom surface 3 as shown in FIG. there were.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional garbage basket 1 for throwing in garbage, if dust is left in it, slime easily occurs on the inner and outer surfaces due to decay, and once slime occurs, the drainer drains. There is a problem that the degree of hygiene is significantly reduced and the hygiene is also reduced, and in the case where the wire is braided, slime gets into the overlapping portion of the wire and it is difficult to remove it. In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has an object of facilitating the removal of slime by surface treatment of raw garbage throwing nets and selection of materials, and keeping the cleanliness of raw garbage throwing nets always high. With the goal.

EXAMPLES Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the following examples. A net basket 1 for inputting raw garbage in the illustrated embodiment
Is a basket body 5 formed of punched stainless steel and having a plurality of through holes 4 on the peripheral surface 2 and the bottom surface 3 covered with a fluororesin layer 6. Thus, the outermost surface of the garbage basket 1 is the fluororesin layer 6, and due to the high water repellency of the fluororesin layer 6, dirt easily flows off along with water, and thus slime is easily removed. ing. Further, as shown in FIG. 2A, the water E containing the dirt particles D becomes spherical due to its high water repellency and has a large contact angle and adheres to the fluororesin layer 6, and the water E evaporates. As shown in FIG. 2A, the dirt particles D exist in a state of protruding from the surface of the fluororesin layer 6, the degree of adhesion to the surface of the fluororesin layer 6 is extremely small, and the sponge remains even after drying. You can easily remove it. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment. In this embodiment, the garbage basket 1 itself is made of a fluororesin and has the same operation as the above embodiment.

Incidentally, FIG. 4 (A) shows a state of adhesion of the water E located on the surface of the conventional net basket 1 as a comparison, and the contact angle is small because the water repellency is low,
As shown in FIG. 4A, after the water E is dried, the dirt particles D spread and adhere to the surface of the net basket 1. Therefore, in this state, the dirt particles D are extremely difficult to remove. Will be things.

In the first embodiment, the cage body is covered with the fluororesin layer, but the method for forming the fluororesin layer is to immerse the cage body in the molten fluororesin and bake after drying. Various methods such as coating (brush coating, spray coating) a fluororesin on the basket body and baking after drying, baking on the basket body after electrodeposition coating, and electrostatic coating on the basket body are adopted. The coating thickness of the fluororesin is preferably 15 μm or more. Further, stainless steel, copper, or the like can be used as the basket body.

As described above, the net basket for throwing in garbage of the present invention is characterized in that the surface thereof is covered with the fluororesin layer, and is formed of the fluororesin. Since it is characterized by being a thing, the water repellency of the surface of the net basket is so high that the adhesion of dirt to the surface is weakened, and the adhered dirt can be removed very easily, and therefore the garbage This has excellent practical effects such as suppressing sticking of slime on the charging net basket and making it easy to maintain high hygiene.
