In the peritoneal dialysis method, the peritoneum is used as a dialysis membrane. A peritoneal dialysis set with a bag containing a dialysate is connected to an abdominal cavity catheter implanted in the abdominal cavity of a patient to obtain the dialysate. It is injected into the abdominal cavity, stored for a certain period of time, and then drained. The dialysate is stored for a certain period of time, and waste products and water are removed to purify the blood by the difference in solute concentration and osmotic pressure generated between the dialysate and blood of capillaries distributed in the peritoneum.

As mentioned above, peritoneal dialysis consists of a cycle of drainage, bag exchange, dialysate infusion, and retention, and the patient must perform this cycle as frequently as 3 to 5 times a day, and is not accustomed to it. This is a very troublesome operation for the operator. A particular problem is the attachment / detachment of the patient-side connector provided at the tip of the extension tube connected to the abdominal catheter and the bag-side connector of the set with the dialysate bag, and the connector at the time of attachment / detachment. Adhesion of bacteria to peritonitis may cause peritonitis, so be careful. Also connector-
The problem at the time of attachment / detachment is not only the attachment of bacteria, but also a serious situation such as a connection error or a liquid leak may be caused by an erroneous operation of a procedure of a patient who has a visual or hand disability.

Therefore, conventionally, various devices and methods have been proposed in order to solve the problem when the connector is attached and detached. For example, JP-A-56-63186 and JP-B-63-4
6317 and JP-A-5-31178 disclose a connector having a double (wall) structure and a connector with a sheath (protective sleeve) having an elastic valve with an open slit. In these cases, the inner cylinder through which the liquid passes is located at a position retracted farther from the outer cylinder and the protective sleeve, so that the hands do not touch the inner cylinder. Therefore, at least the chemical liquid in the inner cylinder is prevented from being contaminated. In addition, Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-67711 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-529
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 86, Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-49299, etc., a device for sterilizing by irradiating ultraviolet rays when the connector is attached or detached, a device for automatically attaching or detaching the connector without using a technique, etc. Has been developed.

However, these products still have problems, and improvement by medical staff or patients has been demanded. That is, by adopting a connector having a double (wall) structure with each other and a connector with a protective sleeve like the former, the chance of bacterial contamination is certainly reduced, but since it is carried out by a technique, bacterial contamination is performed. Is still present, and the problem of incorrect manipulation of the procedure has not been solved at all. On the other hand, the latter type of connector such as an ultraviolet irradiation device and an automatic connection device perform sterilization when the connector is attached or detached,
Since it is not necessary to attach and detach by the procedure, there is no fear of bacterial contamination or erroneous operation of the procedure. However, since the above-mentioned automatic connection device is expensive, it is not always possible for all patients to use it, and it is often used only for patients with impaired eyes and hands. Therefore, even if a patient who usually detaches the connector by a procedure tries to detach the connector with the conventional connector by the automatic connecting device, the connect system is not suitable for the device and cannot be used.
Further, in general, even a patient using the device may be forced to attach and detach the connector by a technique. For example,
This is the case when the automatic connection device fails, or when the patient goes out and cannot bring the device. Since the connectors applied to the automatic connecting device are required to have a simple detaching mechanism, they are all of the spike (puncture) type, and when the connectors must be detached by a technique, this spike type is used. The connector is not preferable because it may be contaminated with bacteria and may drop off. Furthermore, many of the connectors on the peritoneal dialysis bags currently on the market are lockable (threaded) suitable for the procedure, and the connectors are not available for the automatic connection device currently used for peritoneal dialysis. As described above, the connector must have a simple structure in order to be applied to the automatic connecting device, and the lock-type connector needs to perform a complicated series of functions such as rotation, detachment, and joining. Therefore, it is difficult to adapt to the automatic connection device. When the lock type connector is rotated as necessary, the tube connected to the connector (the dialysate bag and the abdominal cavity catheter are connected to the other end) rotates together. There was a problem that it was twisted and difficult to connect.

Therefore, the technical problems to be solved by the present invention are as follows. That is, it is to provide a connector that can be attached and detached both by a procedure and by an automatic connecting device, and has a structure that can reduce the chance of bacterial contamination and erroneous operation even when the procedure is performed by a procedure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a connector having a simple and reliable coupling function that can be attached and detached by a connecting device. More specifically, it is a lock-type connector that can be applied to an automatic connecting device.
