In the conventional dynamic pressure bearing, it is necessary that the surfaces of all the pads 7 are uniformly opposed to each other on the thrust collar surface S A to form a uniform fluid film. However, due to manufacturing errors, the height of the pads may not be the same for all pads. At this time, like the left pad and the right pad in FIG. 13, the pad heights are different as H and H 1 , and accordingly, the thickness of the fluid film is different as h and h 1 , The pressure is also different like P and P 1 . This causes one-sided contact, resulting in imbalance in the bearing force of each pad.

Further, in the conventional dynamic pressure bearing, each pad is generally made of a soft material. However, since the bearing surface is formed in the fluid containing the foreign matter, the foreign matter causes the bearing surface S B of the pad to move. Greater wear. On the other hand, since the supporting portion 11 that is in contact with the supporting ring 8 and supports the load is soft, it is settled against a large surface pressure and lacks durability.

Further, in the conventional dynamic pressure bearing, the fluid pressure is generated on the bearing surface by the tilting action of the pad with the support portion 11 as a base point. However, due to insufficient generation of the fluid pressure, the thrust force F of high load is applied. There is a limit to the ability to support.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and a support ring composed of a disc portion having a central hole connected to a fixed portion and a flange portion around the disc portion, and an inclined rocking member at a lower portion thereof, respectively. A plurality of pads having a portion serving as a fulcrum of movement, and a flange of the support ring for holding the plurality of pads arranged in an annular shape on the disc portion of the support ring so as to be tiltably swingable in the circumferential direction. Pad supporting member provided so as to project inwardly in the portion, a rotation axis that penetrates the center hole of the support ring and the central portion of the plurality of pads arranged in an annular shape, and orthogonal to the rotation axis. In a dynamic pressure bearing formed of a disk-shaped thrust collar that is in contact with the upper surface of the pad that is mounted and serves as a bearing surface, the pad is supported on the upper surface of the pad substrate and the upper surface of the pad substrate through an elastic body and pins or stopper plates. Pad bearing plate made of a high hardness material such as ceramics supported by means, and a height which is inserted and mounted in a mating groove provided on the lower surface of the pad substrate and which contacts the support ring and serves as a fulcrum for tilting and swinging of the pad. The present invention relates to a dynamic pressure bearing comprising a support plate made of a hard material, and a recessed pocket continuous with the fluid introduction groove and the fluid introduction groove is formed on the bearing surface of the pad bearing plate.

(1) By interposing the elastic body between the pad substrate and the pad bearing plate, the difference in the height of the pads is absorbed, one-sided contact is prevented, and the thrust bearing force is equalized. (2) Since the pad bearing plate and the support plate are made of a high hardness material, abrasion of the pad bearing plate and settling of the support plate are prevented, and durability is improved. (3) Since the fluid enters the pocket from the fluid introduction groove provided in the pad bearing plate and becomes a hydrostatic pressure there, the pressure is increased overall and the thrust bearing force is improved.

FIG. 3 is a development view of the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of pads 51 of the dynamic pressure bearing of the above embodiment. Since the pad of this embodiment supports the pad bearing plate 15 on the pad substrate 13 via the elastic body 14, the elastic body absorbs the dimensional error of the constituent members of each pad, and as shown in FIG. The pad bearing heights H can be the same. As a result, the fluid film formation thickness h and the resulting fluid film pressure P become the same, exhibiting a balanced load capacity on the entire circumference, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of one-sided contact or the like.

1. A support ring comprising a disk portion which is connected to a fixed portion and which has a central hole and a flange portion around the disk portion, a plurality of pads each having a lower portion which is a fulcrum of tilt swing, and the support ring. A pad support member provided so as to project inwardly on a flange portion of the support ring so as to hold the plurality of pads arranged in an annular shape on the disc portion so as to be tiltable and swingable in the circumferential direction, A rotary shaft that penetrates the center hole of the support ring and the central portion of a plurality of annularly arranged pads, and a disk-shaped thrust that is mounted orthogonal to the rotary shaft and that is in contact with the upper surface of the pad that serves as a bearing surface. In a dynamic pressure bearing consisting of a collar, the pad is made of a high hardness material such as ceramics which is supported on the pad substrate and the upper surface of the pad substrate via an elastic body and by a supporting means such as a pin or a stop plate. A pad bearing plate and a support plate made of a high hardness material that is inserted and fitted in a mating groove provided on the lower surface of the pad substrate and is in contact with the support ring and serves as a fulcrum for tilting and swinging of the pad. A hydrodynamic bearing characterized in that a recessed pocket continuous with the fluid introduction groove is formed on the bearing surface of the pad bearing plate.
