Abstract

心をずらせポスト(3)の外周部にプッシュピン(1)
を露出して用いてもよい。ポストが基板の固定穴に最終
的に接触する場所を荒くしたり突起を付けてもよい。プ
ッシュピン(1)のポスト(3)への固定を突起以外の
方法で止めてもよい。

を乗り越えて前進する事によりポスト(3)の先端が開
き基板取り付け穴(13)の内側を強く圧迫することに
より固定が完了する。またポスト(3)をボデー(2)
に一体としてもよい。ポストが基板取り付け穴(13)
に最終的に接触する場所を荒くしたり突起を付けてもよ
い。プッシュピン(1)のポスト(3)への固定を突起
以外の方法で止めてもよい。

(3)の先端が基板の固定穴の縁を破壊もしくはプッシ
ュピン(1)の先端が変形しながら前進し、基板の固定
穴を強く圧迫することにより固定が完了する。またポス
トが基板の固定穴に最終的に接触する場所を荒くしたり
突起を付けてもよい。プッシュピン(1)のポスト
(3)への固定を突起以外の方法で止めてもよい。

(2)にポスト(3)、プッシュピン(1)を設けた電
子部品を基板の固定用の穴に位置合わせする事により、
ポスト(3)が基板の固定穴を貫通し軽く位置合わせさ
れる。この後プッシュピン(1)を更に回転させること
によりポスト(3)の先端がネジ山の未加工部を乗り越
えて前進する事によりポスト(3)の先端が開き基板の
固定穴を強く圧迫することにより固定が完了する。また
図6、図7のようにポスト(3)をボデー(2)に一体
とし、雌ねじ加工を施さないでセルフタップとしてもよ
い。ポストが基板の固定穴に最終的に接触する場所を荒
くしたり突起を付けてもよい。

板の反りによる浮きが防止でき、重りなどのジグを必要
としない、結果的に半田付け部の浮きが防止でき信頼性
が高く、且つ作業性の良い製品が製造できる。 (ニ)ポストの長さを調整することにより、従来のよう
に基板のしたからポストを突き出さづにしっかり固定が
出来る (ホ)ポストがボデーに一体に加工され偏心したものは
形状が単純なために輸送や取り扱い時に先端が欠けたり
しないので取り扱いが容易である
