じ部材が主軸と係合部材によって係脱可能に嵌挿され、
この回転ねじ部材を主軸と係合した状態で拡径可能な所
定の上下ストロークの範囲で任意のストローク上下動さ
せ、かつこの1回の上下動ストロークにつき所定ピッチ
ずつ回転させる第2の操作部材がケース本体に設けら
れ、また回転ねじ部材と主軸が係合しない状態で回転ね
じ部材に対して主軸を上下動させる第3の操作部材が設
