In fitting member A having the above configuration, before the tip of the cylindrical portion 3 of the eyelet 1 is caulked, through the engagement member A 2 the cylindrical portion 3 is piercing the central portion of the fitting member A 2 In addition, the decorative member 2 is provided inside the base of the cylindrical portion 3.
Since the raised portion 7 is fitted into the fitting member A 2 , a hole for penetrating the cylindrical portion is previously provided in the center of the fitting member A 2 .
In addition, as compared with the conventional structure in which the raised portion 7 is not provided on the decorative member 2, in the conventional structure, the base portion side of the cylindrical portion 3 is in a free state, so that the cylindrical portion 3 When the impact force for stopping the caulking is received, the free base of the cylindrical portion 3 buckles so as to shrink inward, and the normal caulking at the end of the cylindrical portion is prevented. Although it may not be possible, the buckling strength of the cylindrical portion 3 is increased by fitting the raised portion 7 on the root side of the cylindrical portion 3, and the crimping of the tip of the cylindrical portion is excellent as desired. It is done in.

Then, the fitting member A 2 instead of making simply pierced the cylindrical portion 3 with respect to, in advance provided with a small consisting hole a than the cylindrical portion 3 at the center of the fitting member A 2, the Since the cylindrical portion 3 is pierced around the hole a, it is prevented that the fitting member A 2 is cracked or damaged when the cylindrical portion 3 is pierced (the phenomenon is unknown. However, it is believed that this is due to the fact that it has been confirmed by various experimental results, or that the periphery of the hole a is fragile due to the formation of the hole a and the cutting of the part is easily performed. Moreover, when the cylindrical portion 3 pierces the fitting member A 2 and penetrates, the fitting member penetrating portion of the cylindrical portion 3 is firmly sandwiched by the fitting member A 2 . As described above, the fitting member A 2
The rivet member A 1 and the fitting member A 2 can be integrated without rattling, as compared with the case where a hole is provided in the center in advance, and high fastening strength of both A 1 and A 2 is expected. It is possible.

However, in order to prevent buckling of the cylindrical portion 3 and achieve strong integration of the fitting member A 2 and the decorative member 2, the cylindrical portion 3 is pierced into the fitting member A 2 , Cutting scraps (hereinafter referred to as the central piercing cutting portion b) are generated from the central portion of the fitting member A 2 where the cylindrical portion 3 pierces, and these are scattered around the caulking machine, causing the caulking machine to malfunction. It may become an obstacle to caulking work,
Alternatively, even if the central puncture cutting portion b is located inside the cylindrical portion 3, it will eventually fall out of the fitting body A. Although it is unnecessary, it is an extremely troublesome thing because it makes the user unnecessarily worried that the dropout of the central piercing cutting part will lead to a decrease in strength and loss of function of the fitting body A. is there.

In addition, the central piercing cut portion is integrated with the raised portion and fitted into the inner surface of the cylindrical portion on the base side, so that the central piercing cut portion enhances the anti-buckling strength of the cylindrical portion. That is, it was possible to effectively utilize the central piercing cutting part, which was a waste material that was a troublesome substitute until now, and to achieve the reinforcement for the buckling of the cylindrical part. As an extremely simple but rational improvement in which the protrusions are connected to the raised portion, the structure of the conventional structure can be obtained while making full use of all the advantages of the snap fastener fitting body in the conventional structure described at the beginning. It has come to be possible to eliminate the drawbacks in.
