Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the bending strength in the longitudinal direction by decorating at least the surface of a laminated plate in which fiber plates are made to adhere to the front and rear surfaces of an orienting particle board having a plurality of layers, and orienting wood chips of front and rear layers of the board in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the plate. CONSTITUTION: Fiber plates 2 and 3 are adhered to the front and rear surfaces of an orienting particle board 1 made of a plurality of layers, and a decorative material 4 is made to adhere to the front surface of the plate 2. The board 1 orients the wood chips of the layers of front and rear surface sides 1a, 1b in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the plate, and orients the chips of a central layer 1c perpendicularly thereto in three layers. As a result, the excellent bending Young's modulus is provided in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in addition to the longitudinal direction, and dimensional stability is further improved. Thus, no dry crack occurs at a decorative veneer. The fiber plate preferable has 0.45-9.95 of specific weight with hard layers on both front and rear surfaces.

The tread thus obtained has a large expansion and contraction due to water absorption and release of LVL used as a core material, and a cracking phenomenon occurs in the surface layer portion due to the conduit groove and back crack of the surface veneer. The cracking phenomenon causes countless cracks on the veneer on the surface, and there are problems such as deterioration in quality and deterioration in designability. Now that the problem of depletion of wood has become more serious and calls for conservation of nature have become popular, not only can we obtain sawn timber that can be used as a tread, but also LV.
It is becoming difficult to obtain a good-quality single plate used as a material for L or the like.

Such a fiberboard alone has a dimensional change rate per 1% water content of 0.03 in the longitudinal direction and in the lateral direction.
It has an excellent stability of 0.04% and an excellent surface smoothness. Furthermore, with a fiberboard obtained by the wet method,
A fiberboard having a hard layer (black rock layer) having a significantly higher specific gravity than other parts in the vicinity of the front and back due to the movement of water during the heating and pressing and the application amount of the adhesive applied to the wood fiber It is preferable to use by sanding so that the layers are exposed on the front and back surfaces.

By sticking such a fiber board to the front and back surfaces of the oriented particle board, the oriented particle board alone causes the movement of expansion and contraction due to the change in the water content of the small pieces of wood on the front and back surfaces. The dimensional change in the direction orthogonal to the dimensional change in the direction parallel to (the fiber direction of the small piece of wood) is extremely large, but this movement is suppressed and absorbed by the fiber board with excellent dimensional stability. It will be. Therefore, even if a decorative veneer or the like is attached to the surface of the building board of the present invention, the decorative veneer does not crack.

Further, since the surface of the oriented particle board has irregularities corresponding to the size of a small piece of wood which is a raw material, the decorative veneer board, the decorative paper, the resin impregnated paper, the non-woven fabric, the paper, the synthetic resin are directly formed on the uneven particle board. When applying a decorative material such as a sheet,
Although the unevenness appears even on the decorative surface, by applying the fiber board, the fiber board absorbs the unevenness and the surface is excellent in smoothness, so that an excellent finish can be obtained. Furthermore, by using a fiberboard with hard layers on the front and back surfaces, it becomes a construction board with high surface hardness, and a special product that does not dent even if a load is locally applied by a drop test of iron balls on the surface, high heels or casters Will have.

As the optional makeup to be formed on the surface of the laminated board, natural veneer obtained by cutting natural wood, artificial veneer, and veneer sheet in which non-woven fabric, paper, synthetic resin sheet is lined on the veneer, etc. Board or decorative paper,
Examples thereof include those in which decorative materials such as resin-impregnated decorative paper and synthetic resin decorative sheets are attached with an adhesive. Further, these decorative materials can be attached not only to the front surface but also to the back surface and the side surface, if necessary. For example, when it is used as a step board for stairs, as shown in FIG. 2, the decorative veneers 4a, 4 are provided on the front surface, the back surface, and the side surface which is the front surface when used as a step board.

Further, even when the makeup on the back side is not required, it is preferable to attach the same sheet as the back side as a backing sheet in order to balance the front side and the back side. In particular, when a decorative veneer that easily expands and contracts due to the water content is attached to the front side, a veneer with the same thickness (hereinafter referred to as a backing veneer) is also attached to the back side so that the front and back surfaces In the same way, the movement of expansion and contraction of the veneer at the same time occurs, for example, when the decorative veneer contracts on the front side, the backing veneer also contracts on the back side, and since the contraction force is equal, the laminated plate warps. Can be prevented.

If different sheets are used,
It is preferable to use a sheet having the same or similar physical properties as those of the sheet (water absorption, hygroscopicity, expansion and contraction due to moisture absorption, contraction due to drying, tensile strength, etc.).
Further, when the decorative veneer having a constant fiber direction is used, the amount of shrinkage and expansion due to the change in water content in the direction parallel to the fiber direction of the veneer and the direction orthogonal thereto is significantly different.

For this reason, the backing veneer attached to the back side is also
By using a backing veneer with the same structure and the same thickness as the front side veneer, by sticking so that the fiber direction of the front side veneer and the fiber direction of the backing veneer are parallel. The amount and direction of shrinkage and expansion of the decorative veneer on the front surface side and the veneer veneer on the back surface side due to the change in water content are equal, and warpage as a building board can be prevented.

Further, since the fiber boards are attached to the front and back surfaces and the decorative material such as a decorative veneer is attached to the surfaces thereof, the fiber boards absorb the expansion and contraction movement of the small pieces of wood on the surface of the oriented particle board, and the surface is absorbed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent cracks from occurring in the decorative veneer on the surface in order to prevent the cracks from being transmitted to the veneer. Moreover, since the fiber board has high surface strength and excellent smoothness, an excellent finish of the decorative surface can be obtained, and a decorative surface having a characteristic that it is hard to be dented even when a load is locally applied is obtained.
