On the other hand, the continuous system mixer which is the secondary kneading mixer continuously discharges the kneaded material which has been sufficiently kneaded from the other outlet while continuously feeding various mixed materials from the inlet, The continuous mixer 25 of the present embodiment is a cover having a case having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a rotating shaft which is laterally suspended and supported and provided with stirring blades, and an inlet for various mixed materials disposed on the case. And a motor for rotating the rotary shaft, a series of power transmission devices, and a hopper 24. The semi-kneading completed substance previously kneaded in the batch type mixer 23 in advance is supplied from the input port of the continuous type mixer 25 via the hopper 24, and the secondary water and the second water from the cushion tank 28 newly supplied. While being further kneaded with the two additives, they are sequentially sent toward the discharge chute 26 to complete the kneading. The ready-mixed concrete, which is a completely kneaded substance that has been completely kneaded, is discharged into the discharge chute.
It is mounted on the carrier 27 via 26. The hopper 24 shown is
It is used to temporarily store the semi-kneading completed substances previously kneaded in advance by the batch type mixer and, if necessary, adjust the kneading time and then lead to the continuous type mixer. Has a gate whose opening and closing degree can be adjusted with a fluid pressure cylinder.

First, the sand stored in the sand silo 2 is transferred to and stored in a storage tank 11 by operating the inclined belt conveyor 6, and similarly, cement, water, and additives are also stored in each dedicated tank. At this time, the series of conveying devices are automatically operated by a signal emitted from a level detecting device attached to a dedicated storage tank for various kinds of mixed materials, and always keep a storage amount of a desired amount or more. By the way, the sand is sent to the storage tank 11 after being adjusted through the sand controller 5, and the surface of the sand is made uniform in a low water content state. Further, when various kinds of sand are conveyed through the inclined belt conveyor 6, the turn head chute 10 is turned so as not to mix various kinds of sand, and each of the sands is guided to the dedicated storage tank.

Next, in order to perform the kneading in advance in advance, various mixed materials are weighed from each storage tank at a predetermined mixing ratio, and then the primary kneading mixer
It is supplied to 23 and kneaded while staying for a predetermined time, and the kneading is continued so that the sand is wrapped with the cement paste having a low water content. The secondary water and the second additive are also weighed at the same time during the kneading, and the secondary water and the second additive which have been weighed are transferred to the cushion tank 28 and stored therein. The semi-kneading completed substance that has been kneaded by the primary kneading mixer is transferred to the hopper 24 and stored, and then continuously supplied to the secondary kneading mixer while simultaneously supplying the secondary water and the second additive to the semi-kneading completed substance. It is supplied by adjusting the flow meter 24 and the adjusting valve so that the amount becomes proportional to the amount. The mortar, which is the true kneading completed substance that has been kneaded in the secondary kneading mixer, is sequentially discharged from the discharge chute 26 and placed on the transport vehicle 27.
Thereafter, the above operation is repeated to continuously produce mortar.

As another example of the manufacturing apparatus, the secondary kneading mixer may be a batch-type mixer, which is preferable because it can have a mixed material supply structure similar to that of the primary kneading mixer (batch-type mixer). It may be omitted. In this case, the cushion tank 28, the flow meter 29, and the flow rate adjusting valve may be omitted. Furthermore, the water metering tanks 19 and 20 and the additive metering tanks 21 and 22 may be provided one by one, and the discharge valve may be of a switching type so as to supply the water to both the primary kneading mixer and the secondary kneading mixer. It is also possible to perform cumulative measurement as a two-tank type weighing machine and perform four types of weighing with two weighing machines. Further, the sand controller 5 may be installed at a position where the sand is loaded into the sand silo 2 or at the upper part of the sand storage tank 11. In addition, a means for pumping the true kneading completed material, which has been kneaded by the secondary kneading mixer 25, to a target place by a concrete pump or the like via an agitator for temporarily storing while performing slow stirring. The manufacturing apparatus of the present invention configured as described above has a two-stage kneading process using a primary kneading mixer and a secondary kneading mixer, and by providing a dedicated mixer for each process, its action is effectively and reliably achieved. I chose Specifically, since the primary kneading mixer has a smaller amount of water added as compared with the kneading in the conventional mixer, the mixed material during kneading is extremely lacking in fluidity. On the other hand, the secondary kneading mixer has the same or slightly higher fluidity than the kneading in the conventional mixer.
Therefore, in the secondary kneading mixer, when the kneading rotation speed is increased, the fluidity of the mixed material is remarkable, so that a separation phenomenon occurs, but in the primary kneading mixer, the kneading rotation speed can be increased because the fluidity is low. Is. However, forming a secondary kneading mixer structure that is driven at a lower speed than the primary kneading mixer leads to improvement of the kneading effect and improvement of the quality of ready-mixed concrete. Can be obtained at.

Further, by using a batch type mixer as the primary kneading mixer, it is possible to easily hold a mixed material for a long time inside the drum, which is difficult with a continuous type mixer, and it is extremely easy to control the holding time, and batch measurement is possible. Therefore, it is possible to reliably obtain an accurate mixing ratio of the mixed material and stable kneading performance.

Furthermore, when a continuous mixer is used as the secondary kneading mixer, the amount of work for adjusting the supply of the mixing material supply device is adjusted by the trial kneading and the data of the trial kneading to improve the accuracy of the mixing ratio, which was performed by the conventional mixer. Becomes unnecessary,
Work efficiency is dramatically improved. Furthermore, since the secondary kneading mixer has a smaller effect on the quality of fresh concrete than the primary kneading mixer, it is economical to use it when continuously supplying concrete such as a concrete placing ship. Is also rational.
