(Prior Art) Conventionally, at the draw false twist processing rate, a part of the processed yarn wound on the outside of a large number of cheeses manufactured from a large number of weights is inspected to judge the quality of the processed yarn of this cheese. I was selecting. However, it was actually difficult to check abnormal yarns such as abnormally untwisted yarns that suddenly occurred.

Therefore, as a method of detecting an abnormal yarn in the drawn false twisting process, a method of detecting unevenness of the untwisting tension with a tensiometer has been proposed, as described in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-3573. . However, this method detects abnormal yarns by fluctuations in the tension of the yarns, and since the yarns are brought into direct contact with the tension detection unit during processing, white powder accumulates on the detection unit and other than yarn irregularities. There is a problem that the abnormalities due to the factors are detected, and it is difficult to clarify the relationship between the abnormal tension and the abnormal thread.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the problems of the conventional method for detecting an abnormal yarn in the drawn false twisting process described above. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for accurately detecting an abnormal untwisted yarn without directly touching the yarn being twisted and twisted with the detection device.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, according to the present invention, when the thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament yarn is subjected to the false false twisting process simultaneously with the drawing, the false twisted yarn twisting portion has unevenness in thickness or sublimation of the yarn. An electrostatic capacitance deviation signal generation detection device that emits a deviation signal in response to changes in the spots is provided in the yarn in a non-contact state to continuously detect the deviation signal, and the deviation signal detected is below a specific frequency. The full-wave rectified frequency signal is integrated, then the full-wave rectified waveform is integrated, and when the voltage of the integrated waveform reaches or exceeds a predetermined voltage, it is detected as an abnormal untwisted yarn and at the same time the yarn cutter placed immediately before the supply roller. The gist is a method for treating an abnormally untwisted yarn, which is characterized in that the yarn is cut by operating the.

以下,本発明を詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

At this time, a capacitance deviation signal generation / detection device 7 is provided immediately above the entrance side of the friction false twisting device 8, and the inside of the device is provided with a yarn Y.
Runs and continuously detects a thickness unevenness or a sublime unevenness of the yarn Y as a capacitance deviation signal. The thickness unevenness and sublime unevenness of the yarn may be a yarn deflection that does not appear in tension, a so-called balloon, or fluff or a loop generated during twisting. Cannot be detected only by measuring the tension of the yarn. When the balloons or fluffs or loops are generated, the contact state between the yarn and the friction body such as the disk is different particularly in the friction false twisting process. As a result, abnormal untwisted yarn occurs. Regarding the detected deviation signal, full-wave rectification of frequency signals below a specific frequency is performed,
Then, the full-wave rectified waveform is integrated. When the voltage of the integrated waveform reaches or exceeds a predetermined voltage, it is detected as an abnormal untwisted yarn, and at the same time, the yarn cutter 3 arranged immediately before the supply roller 5 is operated to cut the yarn.

The thickness unevenness or sublimate plaque of the yarn Y appears depending on the amplitude of the waveform as shown in FIG. 2I, and is detected as an abnormal untwisted yarn from the a level to the b level. In particular, the waveform detected as an abnormal untwisted yarn has a large waveform amplitude and a waveform frequency smaller than that of a normal yarn, as in b. In order to reliably detect these abnormal untwisted yarns,
By rectifying the waveform of Figure I by the front wave and further integrating it, II
A waveform like is obtained. From this waveform, it was found that abnormal untwisted yarns occurred when the voltage was above a certain level, and abnormal untwisted yarns were easily detected. By operating the yarn cutter arranged immediately before the supply roller at substantially the same time, the false twisting process can be stopped without winding up the abnormal untwisted yarn.

Example Disk configuration 1-7-1 friction drawing false twisting machine (SDS-8 type manufactured by Teijin Seiki Co., Ltd.) is provided with a capacitance deviation signal generation detection device 7 (GQ sensor manufactured by Sun Electronics Co., Ltd.). The machine was equipped with polyethylene terephthalate highly oriented undrawn yarn 120d / 36f as the feeding yarn, and the yarn speed was 760m / min, the draw ratio was 1.563 times, the D / Y (disk peripheral speed / yarn speed) was 1.709, and the heater temperature was 205 ℃ Stretched false twist processing was performed. At this time, the electrostatic capacitance deviation signal generation / detection device continuously captures the unevenness of the yarn Y as an electrostatic capacitance signal, rectifies all waveforms with a frequency of 16 Hertz or less, and further integrates this. When this waveform was recorded on a chart, the results shown in Fig. 2 II were obtained. At this time, the voltage is 3V in the above chart (Fig. 2 II
When the voltage exceeds 3V, the yarn is cut so that the above detection device is linked to the yarn cutter in order to detect it as an abnormal untwisted yarn.
In the above-mentioned chart, the part a with a small amplitude is a normal processed yarn, the part b with a large amplitude is an abnormal untwisted yarn, and when the part with a large amplitude and the processed yarn are made to correspond, It coincided with an abnormal untwisted yarn with a length of about 20 m.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the processing method of the present invention, during processing under normal false twisting conditions, the amount of heater stains increases, physical property unevenness and oil adhesion unevenness in the lengthwise direction of the supplied yarn. Even if untwisted yarn occurs, the undetected untwisted yarn can be accurately detected by the detection device without being wound as a processed yarn, and a defect such as an abnormal untwisted yarn can be detected. The yarn can be removed. Therefore, there is no problem in the quality of the woven or knitted fabric using such processed yarn, and a normal product can be obtained.
