By the way, in order to increase the strength of the wall panel, struts are often incorporated inside the panel frame, but in that case, the struts interfere, and these heat insulating materials are interspersed inside the panel frame. There is a problem that it is particularly difficult to fill without a wall panel, and it is difficult to manufacture a wall panel having uniform heat insulation performance. Further, there is a problem that it is difficult to efficiently perform the work of filling the heat insulating material.

That is, in the method for manufacturing a heat insulating wall panel according to the present invention, the interior side surface of the panel frame body 5 in which the vertical frame member 2 and the horizontal frame member 3 are framed in a rectangular shape is used to prevent the process of the foam beads 12. By covering with an inner cover member 6 formed of a mesh body having a large number of through holes 13 that allow the passage of air, and by covering the outdoor side surface of the panel frame body 5 with an outer cover member 7, the inner and outer cover members are covered. A large number of synthetic resin foam beams 12 to which a liquid adhesive is adhered are pneumatically supplied to a space 9 formed between the materials, and are evacuated while sequentially exhausting the through holes 13 of the inner cover material 6. After filling the expanded beads 12 in the place 9, the liquid adhesive is dried and the filled expanded beads are adhered and integrated with each other.

The procedure for manufacturing the heat insulating wall panel 1 having such a configuration is as follows. That is, first, a panel frame body 5 is formed by frame-forming the vertical frame material 2 and the horizontal frame material 3 into a quadrangular shape (the inside of the panel frame body 5 is provided with braces 11 if necessary). ), The outer side of the panel frame 5 is covered with an inner covering material (for example, a gauze cloth) 6 formed of a mesh body provided with a large number of through holes 13 that prevent the passage of foam beads and allow the passage of air. In addition to covering, the outdoor side surface is covered with an outer covering material (a windproof / waterproof sheet, etc.) 7 formed of a material exhibiting a windproof and waterproof action, and the outer surface portion of the outer covering material 7 has, for example, a ventilation having the above-mentioned configuration. After providing the protrusion 22 for
In the space 9 formed between the inner cover material 6 and the outer cover material 7,
For example, a large number of synthetic resin foam beads 12 to which a liquid adhesive is attached are pneumatically supplied from the upper end portion of the void 9. At this time, the air blown into the space 9 from the through hole 13 of the inner cover material 6 is sequentially discharged from the through hole 13 while the foam beads 12 are filled in the space 9. Since the inner cover material 6 is formed of the mesh-like body as described above, the filling operation of the foam beads into the void 9 is performed by passing through the mesh and filling the void 9 with the foam beads. It can be done visually. Therefore, it is possible to densely fill the foamed beads without causing unfilled portions at the crossing portions with the vertical frame members and the like. After the completion of filling, the foamed bead supply portion 31 (see FIG. 5) of the inner cover material 6 is closed. After the filling is completed, the liquid adhesive is dried by a drying process, whereby the filled expanded beads are adhered and integrated with each other.

The heat insulating wall panel 1 having such a configuration is used to form a wall of a building, and as shown in FIG. 3, the outer surface portion of the ventilation projection 22 (the vertical crosspiece shown in FIG. 2). The outer wall member 20 is attached to the outer surface 26 and the outer surface 27 of the horizontal crosspiece, and the interior material 30 is attached to the inner surface portion of the inner cover member 6, so that the building wall W can be formed. Further, in the wall body configured as described above, the foamed bead collecting portion 10 can well insulate the wall body, and the ventilation projection portion
Effective ventilation of the inside of the wall body can be performed by the upward or lateral flow of air in the ventilation path 21 formed via 22. The arrow in FIG. 2 shows the flow state of the air in the ventilation path 21 formed by the attachment of the outer wall material (not shown). In this embodiment, since the outer surface 26 of the vertical crosspiece and the horizontal crosspiece 27 are formed to be flush with each other, the outer wall material 20 is vertically or laterally formed on the outer surface of the ventilation projection 22. Can be freely attached.

Further, since the outer cover material 7 is formed of a material exhibiting a windproof and waterproof effect, even if cold air or rainwater enters from the bonded portion of the outer wall material or the like, the outer cover material 7 can reliably block them. .

(Effects of the Invention) The manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises a large number of synthetic resin foam beads obtained by forming an inner covering material for covering the indoor side surface of a panel frame body with a net-like body and having a liquid adhesive adhered thereto. Since the air pressure is supplied into the void, it is possible to efficiently perform the filling operation of the foam beads while sequentially discharging the air in the void from the through holes. At that time, since the filling operation can be performed while visually checking the filling state through the through holes of the net-like body so that an unfilled portion does not occur, even in the case where a bracing is incorporated in the panel frame body. The foam beads can be densely packed throughout the void. Then, after the filling is completed, the liquid adhesive is dried through a drying step to form a foamed bead collecting portion in which the filled foamed beads are bonded to each other.
