2. Description of the Related Art A general-purpose box-shaped container used for carrying general cargo is widely used not only for land transportation but also for sea transportation. In particular, in the case of sea transportation by ship, cargo can be safely transported from the place of shipment to the destination in a package and can be transferred to land transportation if necessary. It is extremely advantageous. Further, since this container can handle various kinds of cargo, it can be often used as it is for freight transportation in the return route, and it can be advantageously used as a transportation means because it can eliminate the condition of empty cargo.

However, as is well known, the general-purpose box-shaped container is nothing more than a container assembled by a metal plate in a box shape, so that there is no problem in the case of an inorganic cargo, but a water-containing cargo,
For example, there is a problem in quality control when transporting grains such as coffee beans, soybeans, and wheat.

Generally, in the case of coffee beans and the like, the harvested raw ones are packed and transported, but if they are housed in a box-shaped container and subjected to sea transportation for a long time, due to temperature difference between day and night, etc. There is a problem that the evaporated water is condensed on the inner wall surface of the container as it cools, and it becomes water droplets, which is applied to the cargo, or it accumulates on the floor of the container and corrodes the cargo, causing it to deteriorate and deteriorating. . In particular, in the case of a ship traveling at or near the equator, the temperature difference between the daytime and the nighttime becomes large, so that a large amount of dew condensation occurs and the water is eroded, which may erode the cargo.

Needless to say, the solution to this problem is to use a dedicated container that is not affected by the weather or climate, such as a cold and constant temperature container or a heat insulating and heat insulating container. Since it is not suitable as a container for the above, it can only be used on the outbound route, and the return route often becomes empty, and the transportation cost cannot be reduced.

From the above, as a solution to the above-mentioned problems in the conventional general-purpose box-shaped container, a curtain with a water-adsorbing resin is hung above the inside of the container like a canopy, and dew condensation occurs on the ceiling surface of the container. A method has been proposed in which water drops to be dropped are received by this curtain and absorbed by a moisture adsorbing resin. However, this method is unstable due to the weight of a large amount of water that has been stored, and since it can only receive water droplets from the ceiling surface, it must be completely responsive to the condensation formed on the side wall surface of the container. Therefore, there was a problem that the water accumulated on the floor would erode the cargo.

This inner bag is exposed to sunlight during transportation of the cargo or passes through a tropical region to increase the internal temperature, and when the moisture in the cargo evaporates based on this, the moisture permeability of the upper surface portion 11 is waterproofed. It escapes as water vapor to the outside (inside the container 2) together with air through the property sheet. On the other hand, when the container is cooled due to the temperature drop at night, etc., the water vapor becomes saturated and dew condensation occurs on the inner wall surface of the container. Because of this, this water is prevented from entering the inside of the bag body. In particular, when the water dropped from the ceiling surface 17 of the container drops into the upper surface portion 11 of the inner bag, the water is attracted to the side along the inclined surface and is dropped along the side surface portion. The water does not collect on the portion 11, so that the weight of the water is not applied to the upper surface portion, and the moisture permeability function of the upper surface portion is impaired.

Fifth Embodiment Next, FIG. 10 shows another embodiment in which a heat insulating sheet 31 is laminated on the side surface portion 6 (7) forming the water storage chamber 22. In this heat insulating sheet 31, the water stored in the water storage chamber 22 serves as cooling water to cool the side surface portion 6 (7) and prevent moisture in the air inside the bag main body from being condensed on the inner surface of the side surface portion. Therefore, when the water storage chamber is formed on the front face portion 8, it is effective to laminate the front face portion 8 similarly. It is desired that the heat insulating sheet 31 is a water resistant sheet, but as shown in the figure, it may be attached on one side of the side surface portion or on both sides. Further, this sheet does not have to be applied on the entire surface, and the effect can be expected if it is applied in the range where water is substantially accumulated.

The evaporation of water from the cargo and the occurrence of dew condensation due to the cooling of the container are repeated through the temperature difference between daytime and nighttime, the presence of direct sunlight, and the movement between tropical and cold regions. Is stored in the water storage room as water. On the other hand, in the inner bag of the present invention, when the air in the bag main body is dried, the bag main body and the inside of the container are in communication with each other through the moisture permeable upper surface portion 11, so that the water in the water storage chamber 22 is evaporated. As a result, the humidity inside the container is raised, and at the same time, the humidity inside the bag body is raised to prevent the cargo from being dried more than necessary. Of course, in this case, the water flowing down on the floor plate of the container is also subject to evaporation, and if the inside is in a dry state, it will affect the humidity adjustment, but if it becomes water outside the bag main body 1, the bag will be waterproof. It does not erode cargo as its function prevents it from directly entering the interior.

By the way, although the moisture permeable waterproof sheet is used only for the upper surface portion 11 of the bag main body 1 in each of the above-described embodiments, the use of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet is not obstructed for the entire surface constituting the bag main body. In short, the bag main body can prevent water from invading from the outside, and it is only necessary that the humidity of inside and outside can be moved, and it is possible to use a sheet of the same quality as the upper surface part for a part of the side surface part.

The present invention has been described above based on the respective embodiments. The inner bag of the present invention maintains air permeability between the inside of the bag main body and the inside of the container, and adjusts the humidity between them. The structure that prevents the generated water from entering prevents the overdried state of the cargo, and also transports the water-containing cargo safely and in good condition without being directly attacked by the water generated from the cargo. be able to. The inner bag of the present invention can be easily attached to the container via the suspending means, and can be easily removed after use by removing the suspending means, which is excellent in workability and can be used. The advantage is that the container can be used for loading and unloading other cargo. Since the inner bag itself is folded into a small size and can be reused, it can be used at low cost and is extremely advantageous in reducing transportation costs. In addition, the inner bag of the present invention does not receive the weight of water because the water dripped on the upper surface immediately flows to the side along the inclined surface. Therefore, the supporting means, more specifically, the hanging string or the like is suspended. There is an advantage that the installation means does not require special strength and can be manufactured in a simple structure.
