Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance washing efficiency by making the contaminant bonded to an object to be washed easy to wet. CONSTITUTION:A wetting process bonding a fine mist-like washing soln. to an object W to be washed in the air to wet the contaminant bonded to the object W to be washed and a washing process injecting the washing soln. to the contaminant wetted with the washing soln. to remove the contaminant are executed at the same time or one after another. Since the mist like particles M in the wetting process and the high speed water streams L in the washing process act on the object W to be washed almost simultaneously, the whole of the object W to be washed can be washed by moving either one of the object W to be washed and a jet cylinder 5. That is, the contaminant bonded to the object W to be washed is easily wetted with mist like particles M and the washing soln. penetrates into the contaminant to swell the contaminant and the swollen contaminant is simply released from the object W to be washed by the injection of the washing soln. By this constitution, washing efficiency is enhanced.

2. Description of the Related Art In order to deal with the problem of environmental damage which has become apparent in the field of industrial cleaning, various solutions have been studied, and one of them is the field of cleaning mainly using water. . The present inventor has long participated in this field with great interest, and some of the results of the research have already been announced as Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-1357.
The cleaning means for such water cleaning is mainly the action of the energy and bubbles of the water flow, and the cavitation effect associated with the rupture thereof. However, the present inventor has found that it is necessary that the stains on the object to be cleaned are sufficiently wet in all cases. That is, it is considered that the dirt adhering to the object to be cleaned swells when it gets wet and is easily separated from the surface of the object to be cleaned. However, water is a substance that is difficult to get wet among various liquids, and therefore it is considered that the fact that it is difficult to get wet impedes water washing.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method for cleaning a water by applying a very fine mist-like cleaning liquid in the air to the object to be cleaned. A means to carry out the wetting process for making the adhering dirt wet with the mist-like cleaning liquid and the cleaning process for removing the dirt by spraying the cleaning liquid on the dirt wet with the cleaning liquid at the same time or in succession. In the case of Embodiment I, it is preferable to use a nozzle device as shown in FIG. This nozzle device forms a water injection pipe 1 having a nozzle 2 for injecting a cleaning liquid mainly composed of water at high pressure, and a space 3 surrounding the nozzle,
It has an injection cylinder 5 having an opening 4 at the tip, and an air supply pipe 6 for supplying an air flow (which may be air) communicating with the base of the injection cylinder 5.

When the cleaning liquid is jetted from the nozzle 2 as a high-speed water flow, a negative pressure is formed in the space 3 surrounding the nozzle 2, and the negative pressure sucks air from the air supply pipe 6 in a vacuum. And collides with the high-speed water stream, and the droplets around the water stream L mix with the suction air, whereby a part of the cleaning liquid becomes extremely fine atomized particles M. The particle size of the atomized particles M formed by mixing the two fluids of water and air can be 100 μm or less.
It is possible to form a film having a thickness of m or less. Generally, the nozzle 2
The average particle size can be reduced by increasing the injection pressure from.

Wetting Step A high-speed water stream is jetted from the nozzle 2, and the air sucked in vacuum and a part of the water stream are mixed around the jet stream and jetted onto the object W to be cleaned in the state where extremely fine atomized particles M are formed. Then, the atomized particles M collide with the object W to be cleaned together with the high-speed water stream L,
A region P 2 in which fine atomized particles M are attached is formed around the collision region P 1 of the high-speed water stream L. The mist of this cleaning solution has a particle size of 1
Since it is an extremely fine particle of 00 μm or less,
After adhering to the dirt on the surface of the object to be cleaned W, it is hardly affected by the surface tension, so that the dirt is quickly permeated and swollen.

Cleaning Step When the high-speed water stream L of the cleaning liquid collides with the object W to be cleaned, the intense water hammer energy acts to remove the dirt adhering to the surface. When the dirt is not wet, it waits until it gets wet, while in the case of the present invention, the wet and swollen dirt is peeled off one after another, so the water hammer energy concentrates the peeling action. The cleaning efficiency is remarkably improved.

Atomized particles M for carrying out the wetting process in this way
Since the high-speed water flow for performing the cleaning process and the cleaning step simultaneously acts on the object to be cleaned, the entire object to be cleaned can be cleaned by moving either the object W to be cleaned or the jet cylinder 5. . It should be noted that a part of the vacuumed air is mixed in the high-speed water stream as air bubbles, which causes cavitation after collision with the object to be cleaned W to give a slight vibration to the dirt, thereby enhancing the cleaning efficiency.

Wetting Step In the case of Example II, the atomizing head 8 is used to pre-wet the object W to be cleaned. The atomizing head 8 sprays atomized particles M having a particle size of 100 μm or less onto the object W to be cleaned and adheres to the dirt, as in the above. Make Q. Some of the atomizing heads 8 are commercially available and can be used. It should be noted that this step is performed in a state where the article W to be cleaned is supported by a conveyor, a table, a chain hoist or the like.

Next, a cleaning process is carried out. The cleaning process may be carried out without changing the supporting position or may be carried out by moving the object W to be cleaned to the cleaning position. Further, the washing step can be carried out in air or in liquid, and even when washing in liquid, a stain that is difficult to wet due to the surface tension of water is pre-wetted, which is a remarkable effect.

Cleaning Step The cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the object to be cleaned that is wet with the atomized particles M of the cleaning liquid, and the dirt swollen by permeation of the atomized particles is removed from the object to be cleaned. The jetting of the cleaning liquid is performed using a nozzle device, and the nozzle device 1 for that purpose is used.
0 has a plurality of nozzles 9 as shown in FIG. 3 and can rotate around the central axis 11. This is formed radially like the one shown in FIG. 2 of the embodiment I, and it can be considered that the injection cylinder 5 for introducing air is removed from it.

In the above construction, the wetting step is carried out by atomizing the cleaning liquid with an extremely fine particle diameter of 100 μm or less, so that it does not flow like a large droplet, and the surface of the dirt can be prevented. It adheres to microscopic asperities, penetrates particularly well into dirt on the object to be cleaned, and allows dirt to swell reliably. The penetrating action of these extremely fine mist-like particles is remarkable, and it is sufficiently effective against oily stains. Therefore, the effect of removing dirt in the cleaning step is significantly improved. The smaller the particle size of the mist-like cleaning liquid droplets, the more they adhere to the stains and the better they can be wetted. However, as a result of the test, it was found that the wettability was lowered when the upper limit thereof was much more than 100 μm.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, the dirt adhering to the object to be cleaned is remarkably easily wetted by the dew-like particles, so that it permeates the dirt and swells it. As a result, the cleaning liquid is easily ejected from the object to be cleaned, so that the efficiency of water cleaning can be significantly improved.
