(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, since such a conventional color pavement method uses a form member whose inside is partitioned into an arbitrary pattern shape,
In order to form various concavo-convex patterns, it is inconvenient to prepare mold members for the number of types of patterns, which is inconvenient, and there is a problem that the cost becomes expensive. Further, depending on the weight and size of the form member, it is difficult to handle and there is a problem that workability deteriorates.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In the color decorative pavement method of the present invention, an undercoating material containing a coloring pigment is applied to a road surface or a floor surface and dried, and then a marking according to a pattern to be formed on the undercoating material. Then, a synthetic resin mold piece having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back surface and made into a linear or curved tape shape is sequentially adhered to the surface of the undercoat material using a ruler plate according to the above marking line. After forming a mold, apply an overcoating material containing a coloring pigment of a different color to this undercoating material on the surface of the undercoating material, and dry and cure it. The uneven pattern is formed.

1 to 5 are cross-sectional views showing the construction process of the present invention. First, impurities such as dust and oil stains on the road surface or floor surface (1) are removed, and if there is water, it is dried. . The road surface or floor surface (1) is generally a pavement surface such as asphalt or concrete.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the primer (2) is applied to the road surface or floor surface (1), and after the primer (2) is dried, the undercoat material (3) is applied. The primer (2) may be applied with a roller, brush, sponge or the like. Further, as a method of applying the undercoat material (3), an appropriate method such as iron coating, brush coating, roller coating or spray coating may be adopted depending on the thickness to be coated.

As the undercoat material (3), a resin material such as an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, an MMA resin, etc., in which color pigments and aggregates having excellent wear resistance (silica sand, ceramic sand, etc.) are dispersed and mixed are used. To be done. In addition, a one-component acrylic emulsion resin that is easy to apply is generally used as the resin material. In this case, the layer formed by the undercoat material (3) has air permeability, and the road surface or floor surface (1) It is preferable that even if water intervening between the layer and water vapor generate steam due to a temperature rise, it can be released and blistering due to steam in the layer does not occur.

Next, after the undercoat material (3) has dried, marking is performed according to the pattern formed on the undercoat material (3), and a ruler plate is used along this marking line to perform the marking in FIGS. 2 and 8. As shown in FIG. 9, synthetic resin mold pieces (4) are sequentially attached to form a pattern mold.
For example, FIGS. 8 and 9 show a state in which the arc-shaped mold pieces (4) are sequentially adhered by the ruler plate (7) according to the marking line (8).

The synthetic resin mold piece (4) is polyethylene, polypropylene,
The adhesive layer (41) is provided on the back surface and is made of a synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride or a foamed material thereof, and a release paper (42) is attached to the adhesive layer (41) when not in use. The synthetic resin mold piece (4) is formed into a straight line, a curved line, or the like by die cutting. Generally, two types of synthetic resin mold pieces (4) are used, one of which is a linear tape shape as shown in FIG. 6 and the other of which is a 1/4 circular arc tape shape as shown in FIG. Molds of various pattern patterns are formed by a combination of two kinds of mold pieces or a combination of only one kind. Also, the width of the synthetic resin mold piece (4) is about 25 mm,
A mold piece (4) with a thickness of about 0.5 mm is generally used.
The length and the radius of curvature are appropriately determined according to the pattern. The shape of the synthetic resin mold piece (4) is preferably the above-mentioned two types of tape shapes, but it may be two or more types, or may be a curved tape shape other than an arc shape.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the topcoat material (5) is applied to the surface of the undercoat material (3). As a method for applying the top coat material (5), an appropriate method such as iron coating, brush coating, roller coating, spray coating may be adopted.

Next, after the top coat material (5) is dried and cured, the synthetic resin mold piece (4) is peeled off. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, an uneven pattern is formed by the overcoat material (5) and the undercoat material (3) of the mold piece peeling portion. That is, the undercoat material (3) on the part where the mold piece is peeled off serves as a joint to form various geometric patterns. Preferably, next, as shown in FIG. 5, a transparent topcoat material (6) is applied to the surface of the undercoat material (3) and the topcoat material (5). By applying the top coat material (6), weather resistance, stain resistance and abrasion resistance can be improved. As the top coat material (6), an acrylic urethane-based, acrylic-based, water-based emulsion, fluorine-based, silicon-based, or other clear paint is used.

It should be noted that the undercoat material (3) and the topcoat material (5) may be formed in an arbitrary pattern of two different colors over the entire road surface or floor surface (1), or the undercoat material (3) may be partially formed. The color of 3) may be changed, or the color of the top coat material (5) separated by the synthetic resin mold piece (4) may be appropriately changed to form a pattern of two or more colors.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, in the color decorative pavement construction method of the present invention, a synthetic resin mold piece having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back surface and formed in a linear or curved tape shape is ruled according to a marking line. A plate is used to sequentially attach to the surface of the undercoat material to form a pattern, and after the topcoat material is applied and cured, the synthetic resin mold piece is peeled off to form an uneven pattern with the topcoat material and the undercoat material from the mold piece peeling part. By combining synthetic resin mold pieces, various concave and convex patterns can be easily formed, workability can be improved, and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, since the pattern mold is formed by using the straight-lined or curved tape-shaped synthetic resin mold piece and the ruler plate, the mold piece is easy to handle and easily attached without wrinkles. The workability is good. In addition, this synthetic resin mold piece allows easy color coding and division of the top coat material, and a beautiful uneven pattern can be formed by using the undercoat material of the mold piece peeling portion as a joint.
