Abstract

PURPOSE:To separate a coating sludge under non-viscous and fluent condition, to perform smoothly the separation process to recovery and discard and to keep the circulation water of a booth clean for a long time. CONSTITUTION:The surface layer part contg. coating sludge floating on the circulation water from a coating booth is sucked up through a tip with a function of sucking the surface layer part by means of a pump 5 to send it to a vibrational cylinder 6. Then, the sludge floating in a floating separation tank 12 is discharged into a discarding vehicle by means of a recovery device 14. A coating mist is desolvated and is made fluent by vigarous vibration when it passes through the vibrational cylinder wherein buffles 7 and 8 each with a hole 9 and 10 are alternatively piled up and as a number of ultrafine bubbles generated at the same time exhibit floating effect for making the sunk flowing mist float up, the whole booth is kept clean.

2. Description of the Related Art As is well known, when recovering excess spray mist in a wet booth into washing water, some paint sludge may float and others may precipitate, but it is difficult to recover it due to stickiness. . Therefore, technologies for making large amounts of chemicals to precipitate and making them non-viscous are in progress, but collection is difficult and mechanization is difficult. Therefore, the booth itself is extremely dirty and has a bad odor. The current situation is that there are many

Although it is a matter for everybody that a flotation separation and recovery system is desirable,
The paint booth designer has designed with consideration for how to incorporate the paint mist into the wash water, and it is not taken into consideration for the floating separation collection. Therefore, it is not possible that the whole amount floats in the collected water from the booth. You must think that it does not break. In the present invention, the water that flows around in the recovered water, the amount that remains in the booth and is gradually discharged, and the swimming part and the remaining part are separated according to the present invention. Part of the mist is separated and collected at the generation stage, and after that, it is intended to float the swimming part and clean the circulating water of the booth by operating for a long time. When collecting, the mist is smooth and non-viscous. Becomes a mandatory condition in this case

[Means for Solving the Problems] Since the paint mist itself has oil content, it is originally water repellent. Therefore, it lands on the water surface and floats individually, and even if it is covered with water, it exists as a core of bubbles with a small amount of air, and when bubbles burst on the water surface, it flows as a floating mist. , As it should be. The present invention, by vigorously shaking this bubble in water, changes the atmosphere in the bubble remarkably, plus pressure minus pressure, twist twisting, expansion and contraction are repeated several to several tens of times, and the solvent component of the mist is bubbled. It is made non-viscous by releasing it to the outside washing water and drying the mist to facilitate separation and recovery. Therefore, according to the present invention, the pump (5) simultaneously pumps some air together with bubbles in a portion that flows through the surface layer rather than the whole amount of the recovered water, and sends it into the shaking tube (6) immediately after that, and inside the tube, Shake the bubbles vigorously to make the mist dry and then separate the floating tank (1
It was sent to 2) to separate and float the mist, and the rest of the wash water was made into a system that returns it to the front of the booth as clear water containing countless ultra-fine bubbles that do not contain mist. Bubbles change very finely by shaking and become associated with sinking and flowing mist.

As is well known, in a wet coating booth, a large exhaust blower creates a negative pressure in the apparatus, and at the same time a large amount of washing water is rolled up from the front side, the structure of the portion where the washing water flows out from the back side is floated and separated. From this point of view, we have to think carefully.

[Fig.1] In Fig. 1, since the water sealing wall (3) and the lid (2) are installed in the circulation flow path (1) following the outflow part, the outflow of mist from the inside of the device is smooth up to the wall (3). Continue floating. Since the water level has risen to negative pressure up to this point, the floating mist will stagnate here. Therefore, a suction port (4) with a water level adjusting function is placed here so that the pump (
Install 5). This means entering the process at the generation stage. There are bubbles and paint mist generated in the booth at the surface layer, and when sucking this, air is also sucked in at the same time, but it becomes all bubbles, and all the mist is in the form taken in the bubbles. However, the size of the bubbles is large even though they are not uniform, and the average is several millimeters. Bubbles fed in and out of the shaker tube (6) are fine and change to occupy most with a diameter of 1 mm to 0.5 mm. In the process of this change, the solvent contained in the mist is taken into the water outside the bubbles, and the mist changes into a smooth state and is sent to the flotation tank (12) to facilitate the flotation separation collection. The fine bubbles have a size suitable for adhering to the sinking mist and floating in the floating tank. Nozzle (11) horizontally or slightly upward in the tangential direction at the bottom of the flotation tank (12)
The sludge is formed smoothly by installing a vortex, creating a strong vortex in the tank, collecting the light foam part in the center part to facilitate rapid floating, and speeding up the defoaming.
The innumerable fine bubbles that do not contain mist return to the booth, and the sludge is smooth and does not adhere to the equipment when it is collected. Therefore, mechanization automation is easy and maintenance-free for a long time. It can be said that the most important point of the present invention is, as described above, the effect that sludge is changed into a smooth state by the shaking tube (6).

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION The paint sludge flotation / separation apparatus and method according to the present invention have the above-described structure. However, the recovery treatment by making the paint mist dry at the generation stage has excellent effects in both process and cost. Also, due to continuous operation, countless ultra-fine bubbles circulate in the booth,
There is a double effect that cleaning and clarification of the entire booth can be achieved and maintained over a long period of time.
