(Prior Art) A method by transfer is known as a means for printing a retroreflective pattern on a non-stretchable fabric such as canvas (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-357).
No. 58-55024, etc.). That is, a fine glass sphere layer, a colored resin layer, and a reflective layer formed by metal deposition are sequentially laminated on a sheet base material via a temporary adhesive layer to form a retroreflective sheet, and the surface of this retroreflective sheet or the transferred material A hot-press adhesive is printed on the cloth in a desired pattern, the retroreflective sheet and the cloth are overlapped so that the printing surface of the hot-press adhesive is sandwiched between them, and heat-pressed to apply the above-mentioned printing. By adhering the printing surface and then peeling off the retroreflective sheet, the surface of the retroreflective sheet at the boundary between the temporary adhesive layer and the fine glass sphere layer in the printing area of the hot-press adhesive and the surface of the retroreflective sheet in the remaining area. In the method, the two are separated at the boundary between the reflective layer and the cloth, and only the retroreflective material consisting of the reflective layer in the printing area, the colored resin layer and the fine glass sphere layer is left on the cloth.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the past, since a sheet having poor elasticity such as a hard plate or canvas was used as a transfer target, and an acrylic resin which is relatively difficult to stretch was used for the heat-pressure adhesive, Elongation of retroreflective material of 15%
When it is transferred to a fabric having the above-described stretchability, the heat and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer interposed between the fabric and the retroreflective material is cracked or peeled due to repeated stretching of the fabric, and thus the retroreflective property is increased. There was a problem that the pattern was missing and the retroreflectivity was lost.

The woven structure may be a plain weave, a twill weave, a satin weave, or a modified structure thereof. When knitting with a tricot machine, the knitting structure is preferably a half structure, a satin structure, a double atlas structure, a double Denby structure, or the like. Further, the knitting structure in the case of interlacing with a Latschier machine is a satin net in which the non-elastic yarn is projected on the surface and the elastic yarn enters the knitted fabric,
Tri-net, half-net, power-net and the like are preferable. Further, in the case of circular knitting, it is preferable to use a plain cloth, an interlock, a picket or the like in which the non-elastic yarn and the elastic yarn are aligned and the tension is adjusted so that the non-elastic yarn is exposed on the surface of the knitted fabric. The knitting machine used is a normal plain knitting machine with two or more reeds of 24 to 40 gauge in the case of a tricot machine, an ordinary plain knitting machine of four or more reeds with 18 to 32 gauge in the case of a Russiel machine, or In the case of circular knitting machines, single or double needle bed machines of 18 to 32 gauge can be used.

(Function) The stretchable fabric of the present invention has 15 to 15
Since it has elasticity of 300%, it fits well to the human body when used as clothing and does not hinder the movement of the human body. However, if the elongation is less than 15%, it hinders the movement of the human body,
On the other hand, when it exceeds 300%, the base fabric 1 extends more than necessary, and the retroreflective material 6 is easily peeled off. When elastic yarns are knitted or woven with non-elastic yarns, a particularly preferable fit property is obtained, but if the amount of elastic yarns used is less than 1%, there is no effect, and if it exceeds 40%, binding force is more than necessary. It becomes large, hinders the movement of the human body, and becomes uneconomical. Also, if the amount with the solids content of the heat adhesive layer 2 is less than 40 g / m 2 is liable to peel the retroreflective material 6 insufficient adhesive strength, contrary to 90 g / m 2
If it exceeds, the thickness becomes thick, the printed pattern lacks sharpness, and the flexible stretchability of the stretchable fabric is lost.

Since the hot-pressing adhesive layer 2 interposed between the base cloth 1 and the retroreflective material 6 has a breaking elongation larger than that of the base cloth 1,
This thermal compression adhesive layer 2 expands and contracts following the expansion and contraction of the base cloth 1,
Therefore, the fine glass spheres 5, the colored resin layer 4, and the reflective layer 3
The retroreflective material 6 made of is improved in durability, and stretchability preferable for clothes is obtained. The hardness of the heat-pressure adhesive layer 2 is preferably 20-30 degrees of Shore D hardness, and when it is less than 20 degrees, it is too soft and the retroreflective material 6 is easily peeled off.
When it exceeds 30 degrees, it is too hard to inhibit the expansion and contraction of the base fabric 1, and the retroreflective material 6 is easily peeled off. Further, the preferred breaking elongation of the heat-pressure adhesive layer 2 is 1200 to 1500%, and if it is less than 1200%, the expansion and contraction of the base fabric 1 is hindered, and the durability of the retroreflective material 6 is lowered, and if it exceeds 1500%. The retroreflective material 6 is easily peeled off. Further, the continuous pattern pattern of the same color is formed as an assembly of small area portions separated from each other by a large number of cuts, whereby the peeling resistance is further improved. However, if the size of the small area portion is less than 0.3 mm in the extending direction of the base fabric 1, it is too small to print, and if it exceeds 10 mm, the effect is small.

The stretchable fabric having the above-mentioned imprint pattern is manufactured as follows. That is, a flexible heat-pressing adhesive layer 2 is printed in a pattern on a retroreflective transfer sheet or the above-mentioned base fabric 1 prepared in advance, and the two are superposed on each other and subjected to heat pressing, whereby fine glass balls 5 are colored. In the retroreflective material 6 including the resin layer 4 and the reflective layer 3, only the printed portion of the thermocompression adhesive layer 2 is bonded to the base cloth 1. At this time, since the adhesive force of the hot-press adhesive layer 2 is stronger than the adhesive force of the intervening temporary adhesive layer between the retroreflective material 6 and the sheet base material, when the sheet base material is peeled off, the return of the printing portion is recurred. Only the reflective material 6 is separated from the interface with the temporary adhesive layer and transferred to the base fabric 1, and a stretchable fabric having a retroreflective printing pattern is obtained. When the hot-pressing adhesive layer 2 is printed by the screen printing method, the retroreflective material 6 can be transferred to a cut piece or a sewn product.
And a particularly delicate pattern can be obtained. Further, when the above-mentioned printing is performed on the base cloth 1, the heat-pressure adhesive layer 2 penetrates into the base cloth 1 to improve the adhesiveness and durability. On the other hand, when the above-mentioned printing is applied to the retroreflective transfer sheet, the printing accuracy and workability are improved.

The stretchable fabrics having the retroreflective imprint patterns of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 thus obtained were subjected to performance tests such as durability, fastness and reflection performance. It was obtained as a result of. However, the durability to wash is according to JIS L0217.103 method (tumble dry)
Wear strength is JIS L 1096 Scott type method (pressing 1 kg), and flocking strength is JIS L 1084 45R method (load 200 g and 50
(0 g x 100 times), the stretch durability is slightly changed from the JIS 1080B method to give a stretch of 1/2 of the load at 1.5 kg load.
Chlorine fastness is JIS-L0884 by repeating 10,000 times.
According to JIS-L0842 third exposure method for light fastness, JIS-L0848A method for sweat fastness, and JIS-L for reflection performance.
Measured by Z9117 (observation angle: 0.2 degree), very excellent ones are indicated by ⊚, excellent ones by ○, slightly inferior ones by Δ, and inferior ones by x. As is clear from this table, all of Examples 1 to 4 in which the solid content of the hot-pressing adhesive was set to 60 g / m 2 were very excellent in washing durability, abrasion strength and stretch durability. However, in Comparative Examples 1 to 3, since the solid content of the hot-pressing adhesive layer was set to be as small as 30 g / m 2 , the washing durability, abrasion strength and stretch durability were poor.

(Effects of the Invention) The stretchable fabric for sports clothing of the present invention has a base fabric of 1 to 40
% Elastic yarn, 15-300% in at least one of the length and width
Since it has a degree of elongation, when it is processed into clothes, it fits well to the human body and the human body can easily bend and stretch. Since it has a retroreflective printing pattern, it is excellent in decorativeness. Moreover, the thermocompression adhesive interposed between the base cloth and the retroreflective material has a breaking elongation larger than that of the base cloth and a solid content of 40 to 90 g / m 2 , so that the reflection performance is high. It is about the same as the conventional one, and it has durability to be washed, wear resistance,
Excellent in flocking strength, stretch durability and fastness. Therefore, it is very suitable as a material for decorative sports clothing such as swimwear, leotards, spats, trainers, rider wear, and ski wear.
