(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in such a conventional joint structure of outer wall materials, since the waterproof material is exposed on the outer surface of the building, the appearance of the building is impaired. Moreover, the deterioration of the waterproof material was expected to be accelerated because it was easily wet by rainwater. Moreover, since the waterproof effect of the exterior material joint portion depends entirely on the adhesion between the waterproof materials, the deterioration of the waterproof material directly leads to a decrease in the waterproof effect.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the joint structure of the outer wall material of the present invention has an upper surface formed in an inverted shape having a convex portion on the rear surface side and a lower surface. The outer wall material formed in the shape of an inversion having a convex portion at the surface side position is continuously arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the vertically adjacent outer wall materials are convex portions on the upper surface of the lower outer wall material. And the convex portion of the lower side surface of the upper outer wall material are overlapped with each other in the front-rear direction, and are joined together through the waterproof material for vertical joining between the upper side surface and the lower side surface. The waterproof material for vertical joining is disposed along the convex portion on the upper side surface, and the waterproof material for horizontal joining is a convex portion on the upper side surface to a convex portion on the lower side surface. It is provided across the lateral side surface and extends toward the back surface so that the upper end portion intersects with the waterproof material for vertical joining. It is a thing.

(Operation) In the joint structure of the outer wall material of the present invention, the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the outer wall material are formed in an alternating shape, and the waterproof material for vertical joint is arranged along the convex portion of the upper side surface. The waterproof material for vertical joining is in a state of being covered from the front side by the convex portion on the lower surface of the outer wall material adjacent to the upper side. Therefore, the waterproof material for vertical joining is not exposed to the surface of the building and is hard to get wet with rainwater.
