(Operation) When manufacturing a tightly closed toilet in a pressure mold, since a non-water-absorbing protrusion is provided in the pressure mold, the protrusion is connected to the low tank placement part of the toilet formed inside. Through-holes will be formed in the walls between the parts, and in the process of taking out the molded product from the pressure mold and drying it, air will pass through the formed holes well to the connecting part side, and the air will flow. In particular, the inside of the cavity inside the connection part is well dried, and there is no "cut" due to the difference in shrinkage between the low tank mounting part and the connection part when drying as in the past. It is possible to obtain a dried product having a uniform dried state and no defective products such as "cuts", and to obtain a good toilet bowl without "cuts" when the product is subsequently fired to obtain a product.

First, referring to the side view of FIG. 2 and the plan view of FIG. 3, the tight-fitting toilet bowl to be shaped will be described. A recessed bowl portion 2 is formed inside the main body portion 1 of the tight-fitting toilet bowl. A rim portion 3 is provided above the bowl portion 2 so as to be integrated with the main body portion 1, and the lower portion of the main body portion 1 is an integral leg portion 4. Further, a low tank placing portion 5 is integrally formed on the rear side of the rim portion 3, and the low tank placing portion 5 is formed.
A low tank (not shown) can be placed in the form of honey. At the lower part of the low tank mounting part 5, a connecting part 7 having a hollow interior integrally with a wall is provided.
The lower portion of the connecting portion 7 is integrally connected to the drain pipe portion 6 integrally formed at the rear portion of the leg portion 4.

In this example, a hole 10 is formed by vertically penetrating the wall between the low tank placing part 5 and the connecting part 7. In the conventional case, since the hole 10 is not present, the low tank placing part 5 and There is no air flow between the connecting parts 7,
The inside of the cavity dries slowly, so that there is a difference in shrinkage during drying, and the P between the connecting portion 7 and the low tank mounting portion 5 is increased.
"Break" etc. occurred at the part of No. 1 and a defective product was generated. Since the air is satisfactorily circulated from the low tank mounting part 5 side into the cavity in the connecting part 7 due to this vent hole 10, The inside of the connecting portion 7 is well dried so that there is no difference in the drying speed, and therefore, the structure is such that the occurrence of "breakage" or the like at the location of P can be prevented. This hole 10 is formed at the same time when it is cast-molded in the pressure mold.

That is, FIG. 1 shows a schematic structure of a pressure mold. The pressure mold is composed of an upper mold 20 and a lower mold 25 which are separable, and when the upper mold 20 and the lower mold 25 are aligned, a toilet bowl is placed inside thereof. A casting space S corresponding to the shape of a toilet for molding is formed. The upper mold 20 will be described in detail. The lower surface of the upper mold 20 has a first protrusion 21 and a second protrusion 22. Are formed so as to project downward, and the first protrusion 21 is provided on the low tank mounting portion 5
And the second protrusion 22 is for forming the bowl 2 of the main body 1.

That is, when the sludge is cast into the casting space S, the sludge is pushed through the lower mold 25 into the casting space S from below and is poured into the casting space S at this time. When sucked by, the water in the slurry cast in the casting space S is sucked toward the pipe 23 side, and the first protrusion 21 of the upper mold 20 is sucked.
And, the inner wall surfaces of the second protrusions 22 and the like are infiltrated with sludge, so that the toilet bowl having the shape as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is satisfactorily formed in the casting space S.

Further, conversely, when demolding, air is blown through the pipe 23 to pressurize the water, so that the water that has permeated the inner surface of the upper die 20 flows out to the surface side, and this water forms a water film on the inner wall surface. Good removal of the product molded in the casting space S is performed. In this case, a considerable amount of water will drop downward from the upper mold 20, but the water droplets that drop will satisfactorily pass through the vent hole 10 and pass through the inside of the connecting portion 7 to be discharged to the outside from the drain pipe portion 6. Therefore, water does not collect in the water drop recess 8. Further, the blown out air can be satisfactorily released through the hole 10, and the hole 10 can satisfactorily avoid troubles caused by water droplets and air.

When the molded product is taken out of the pouring space S and dried, the ventilation hole 10 improves the flow of air as described above.
In particular, the inside of the cavity in the connecting portion 7 is in a good dry state, the shrinkage is made uniform, and “breaks” or the like do not occur, and it is possible to prevent the generation of defective products. After the drying is completed, the hole 10 is filled with clay or the like to fill the hole 10 and then baked in a baking pot to obtain a good product.
