Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain tiling building materials which is easily applied and in which the joint between the tiles is seamless and hence, it prevents rain water from penetrating and also the waterproofing reliability is high. CONSTITUTION:A flat, wide and shollow groove 33 is provided at the rear face 32 of a tile 39. And in a siding board 23, a plurality of flat ridge-shape heaves 18 are formed both breadth-wise and lengthwise on the surface 15 at every specified interval so as to make a lattice. The wide and shallow grooves 33 are fitted on the ridge-shape heaves 18 of the siding board 23 to attach the tiles 39. The siding board 23 and tiles 39 are unified to make a panel.

In the method according to and Kaikaihei 3-73343, a large number of horizontal ridges on which the tile pieces are fitted are arranged in parallel above and below the wall surface base. The joints between the left and right tile pieces that are formed by attaching the tile pieces to each other have irregularities in which the protruding portions and the protruding portions of the horizontal ridges on the wall surface are alternately formed. In order to prevent rainwater from accumulating on the unevenness in the joint and to finish the joint beautifully by eliminating the unevenness, joint treatment by mortar filling or the like is necessary.

In the method according to 0641, when the tile pieces or the lattice-shaped frame body have dimensional variations, it becomes impossible to fit the tile pieces into the recesses, or a gap is formed between the tile pieces and the recesses to fill the mortar. It is necessary to treat the joints with the above.

The adhesive 24 is not applied to the entire back surface of the tile pieces 39, and the joint 24 between the adjacent tile pieces 39 and 39 is not applied.
The metal that constitutes the siding board 23 is coated between the part of the wide shallow groove 33 which is separated from the peripheral edge 31 of the tile piece 39 and the flat ridge-shaped hill 18 of the siding board 23 without squeezing out. When the plate 17 is water-proof coated and the adhesive 41 is applied to the entire back surface of the tile piece 39, due to the difference in physical properties such as heat shrinkability between the metal plate 17 and the tile piece 39, A crack is likely to occur in the waterproof coating film interposed between the metal plate 17 and the tile piece 39 in the joint portion 24, and the crack causes the metal plate 1 to pass from the joint portion 24.

As described above, in the tiled building material according to the present invention, the tile piece 39 made of ceramics is attached to the surface 15 of the siding board 23 made of the waterproof metal plate 17 with the adhesive 41. Formed together, they are primarily used on the exterior walls of buildings. By the way, the siding board 23 and the tile piece 39 that form the tiled building material are completely different in material such that one is a metal plate and the other is ceramics, and they are remarkably different in physical property quality.
That is, the metal plate forming the siding board 23 is easily plastically deformed, and is easily expanded and contracted with a change in temperature. On the other hand, the tile piece 39 is not plastically deformed, and the expansion / contraction change is hardly seen even when the temperature changes.

That is, even if the siding board 23 expands or contracts or is plastically deformed due to vibrations or other physical external forces received during use of the tiled building material or changes in temperature, the other tile piece 39 does not change much to the left. Therefore, due to the difference in the degree of expansion and contraction between the two, the waterproof coating film of the metal plate 17 interposed between the siding board 23 and the tile piece 39 is likely to be cracked, and the crack is caused by the siding board 23.
Cause corrosion. In this respect, in the tiled building material according to the present invention, the adhesive 41 is not applied to the entire back surface of the tile pieces 39, and the tile pieces are not squeezed out into the joint 24 between the adjacent tile pieces 39 and 39. It is applied between a part of the wide shallow groove 33 distant from the peripheral edge 31 of 39 and the flat ridge-shaped platform 18 of the siding board 23. Therefore, the occurrence of cracks in the joint bottom portion 24 of the waterproof coating film of the siding board 23, which would be directly exposed to wind and rain, is avoided.

Further, in the present invention, the adhesion surface of the siding board 23 to the tile piece 39, which is likely to cause cracks in the waterproof coating film on the surface of the metal plate 17, is much higher than the joint bottom 24, so that the rainwater can be prevented. It is located between the ridge-shaped hill 18 and the wide shallow groove 33 that are difficult to penetrate. Therefore, even if a crack occurs in the waterproof coating film at the bonded portion, the siding board 23
Is less likely to corrode.

Furthermore, since the waterproof coating film on the joint bottom portion 24 of the siding board 23, which is exposed to the outside air directly, is covered with the decorative film 25 which also serves as an exterior and waterproof, it is deteriorated by ultraviolet rays and wind and rain. Hard to do. Thus, according to the present invention, a tiled building material having excellent durability can be obtained.

Furthermore, the tiled building material according to the present invention is composed of a siding board 23, which is formed by press-molding a metal plate 17 and has light insulation, soundproofing, and fireproofing properties, and a tile piece 39. Since the wide shallow groove 33 is fitted to the attached flat ridge-shaped platform 18 and the tile piece 39 is attached, workability is good.
Utilizing the characteristics of the siding board, it is lightweight and heat insulating,
Excellent tile finish in terms of soundproofing and fireproofing.
