[0003] Conventionally, as a means for industrially enclosing the flat stacked paper, a synthetic resin film is introduced into a tubular folding cylinder having a rectangular tubular shape and shaped into a tubular shape while the tubular film is inside. That is, the flat stacking paper is press-fitted into the tubular folding cylinder, and as this press-fitting means, a fixed guide plate inclined toward the inlet of the cylindrical folding cylinder is installed, and the flat stacking paper is pushed by the pusher. The means for compressing while slidingly transferring to the inner surface of the fixed guide plate by press fitting into the tubular folding cylinder, that is, the tubular film is used, and after the press fitting, the flat stacking paper is pulled out together with the tubular film from the tubular folding cylinder. It is heat-sealed and enclosed.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, when the flat stacking paper moves while sliding along the fixed guide plate and is compressed along the inclined surface and press-fitted into the cylindrical folding cylinder, a large resistance is exerted. As a result, the stacking tends to be misaligned, and when the pusher is used to press the bottom to perform the above press-fitting, the problem is that wrinkles and folds are created in the flat stacking paper of the upper layer and defective products are discharged. Therefore, there is a problem that the operation must be stopped.

As an example, the presser 15 and the pusher 16 are formed as an integral structure, and the presser 15 follows the pusher 15 to press down and compress the flat stacking paper 1.
6 descends along the tail of the flat stacking paper 1 to form a tail pushing state. For example, a plurality of horizontal rods 17 are extended substantially parallel to each other along the front and rear ends of the top surface of the flat stacking paper 1, and this is used as the presser. A plurality of vertical bars 18 are extended substantially in parallel and used as pushers. Therefore, the horizontal bar 17 and the vertical bar 18 are arranged at a substantially right angle.

The horizontal bar 17 and the vertical bar 18 can be made of round bar material or plate material, respectively. Further, the horizontal bar 17, that is, the presser 15, preferably vertically cuts the upper surface of the flat stacking paper 1 in the front-rear direction, and the front end of the flat stacking paper 1 is projected slightly forward of the front end surface of the flat stacking paper 1 so as to press the top. Further, the vertical bar 18, that is, the pusher 16 is made shorter than the stacking height of the flat stacking paper 1, and when the presser 15 presses the flat stacking paper 1 upwardly and compresses it as described above, it guides the bottom along the bottom surface of the flat stacking paper. 9 ie cradle 1
It descends to the vicinity of the surface of No. 2 and forms a tail pushing state.

Thus, the flat stacking paper 1 is pressed by the horizontal bar 17 by pressing the entire length in the front-rear direction against the bottom guide 9, and while maintaining this compressed state, the vertical bar 18 is pushed backwards to insert the paper. , After the insertion, retreat and release the upper presser and the rear presser to prepare for the next time. The insertion device 14 includes the presser 15 and the pusher 1 described above.
As means for moving the 6 forward and backward and moving up and down, for example, a cylinder 19 for longitudinal movement and a cylinder 20 for vertical movement are provided.
